hi, I would like to learn how to adjust the belt tension, but from the video I have really no idea what to do with a screwdriver. You are using it as a pry bar for prying rotating part of the motor upward?? I'm not seeing any other solution because of a cable to the motor (endeavor 3s) ..but on the other hand prying some rotating part seems for me not like something correct.. hmmm Sry, for a trivial and maybe a lightely stupid question, but I'm really not that technical type of person, my occupation is far elsewhare and I have almost zero experiences in maintaining a mechanical things..

If you ride the PU wheels a lot enjoy your headlights, until they break off due to metal fatigue caused by road vibration. If this happens to you, JB Weld is your friend. Don't JB Weld the crack though, instead sand the finish off of the bottom and top of the broken bracket pieces respectively and JB weld one piece on top of the other to double the thickness of the aluminum so that it doesn't happen again. Do this with head light bracket installed on the board still so that you can be sure that the spacing between the two lights is at least as wide as the front of the board.

How many turns I can loose turning tensioner at maximum? I put black bushings, because it's recommended to my weight (100kg), since then board is not turning well. When I bought board it came with grey bushings, I was able to push the board to the limitter at low speeds, now I barely turn. I already loosen 5 full turns which wheels like a lot, but board is still very stiff. Should I keep loosening it or switch back to grey bushings? I like to carve.

So can you not hold the break without going backwards? For example if you on a hill at traffic lights and you need to hold the brakes so you stay still?

Hello there! I just got the propel endeavor S3, the thing is that I over spined the Tension adjustment ring and the shock absorber is over the thread now, so I cant find any tool for getting the shock absorber to its initial position. Do I have to get a new shock absorber? 😢

1:40 I'm not able to install the circuit fixing plate correctly. I don't know what to call it, but it's that half circle pad that's in the center/in between the fixing nuts that's blocking it. Any suggestions how to remove it or fix it?

Hello, on the right rear wheel, I have a problem removing the block + the wheel. Let me explain: when the wheel is screwed, it is notched in the gear. when I unscrew the main screw and push on the axle while performing the movement, this causes the wheel to come out of its notch and spin in a vacuum. This way or the other nothing happens. Any clarification on the procedure to follow please?

So I don't know what I did but for some reason my belt is rubbing up against the frame

I just got my skateboard and it’s a ton of fun. Unfortunately I have fallen off twice 😂 not funny because I got hurt but it’s so worth it 😂 buying the protective gear soon lol I find that the tires get used pretty fast wish they were so expensive.

Great product, I love the board. But the customer service is non existent. I recently ordered 2 light kits for my boards but they only sent one. Trying to get ahold of someone to remedy this issue, but still to this day no one has returned my emails. I’ve been reaching out to the at least once a week and still no reply. Buyer beware if you need help they will likely never respond.

I have been having trouble getting the bearings out of the wheel assembly. Ended up driving a screwdriver through the bearing itself, breaking it. Going to try and use some penetrating oil to loosen it up and try again... Won't be riding until I get my replacement bearings in and swap em out.

Hi, I’ve bought a board from propel ev and it arrived five days ago. I drove it twice. The first time I drove about 2/3 kilometres and the battery died without any warnings, I thought it was because I didn’t charge it when it arrived, so I put it on the charger for like five hours. Today I decided to drive again but unfortunately the battery died again after just 3/4 kilometres again without any warnings. It’s a little cold outside but it’s not under the zero. What is the problem and what should I do now? It’s pivot gt 2in1

Hey thanks for the video I’ve had an endeavor pro 2 for a bit I wanted to make some changes but I’ve lost track of everything I’ve done with the board and now it feel unbalanced and unstable at high speeds. Is there anyway to reset the board so I could atleast be able to ride it normally?
