Thanks for the vid, really appreciate these. Don’t be afraid of some close up shots! I do woodshop tutorials and I use a collapsible tripod on my table to help with lighting and making sure I stay out of the way. Good tips for riders though on what to look for.
You missed the most important steps, pouring a stiff whisky before and after you swap the connector out ;). I'm going to have to psyche myself up for this job! Thanks once again for the thorough walk through.
For those who may be swapping out the main connector. I'd suggest screwing in the bolts *before* you rebuild the suspension. It'll give you an indication if the threads have any barbs and give you an opportunity to screw in and out the bolt a few times to smooth the thread. I believe Russ also forget to mention adding threadlocker when you reassemble.
Hi Russ, great video again. thks. Question: near 8:50 in the video, you say the Flat head was replaced with Hex head. Would the Hex head fit on S1 when time comes to play in that area? If so what Hex part# should we look for?
I'm gonna a risk another question. ;-) I have not seen if a video explained how to replace the Flange Sleeve Bushing and what are the symptoms to look for that its time to replace. thks
Those are the BKB 6" street tire. They are sold out but should be restocked any day now. You can prepay. They are considering making them in 7" if enough interest is shown so when you write to them, ask if they also come in 7's!!

Yes, all the new main assemblies come with the hex heads in them
@@propelvirtualgarage963 OK but can just the Hex head be purchased seperatly and used on original assembly?
Not sure, you can ask at mkt@ridepropel.com

Is it possible to buy the suspension alone ? I would like to buy one to replace my standart mountainboard front axle
Seems as if the suspension should be built to take a speed bump at 25 mph.
It can, you can't 😂
(Been launched off trying to do that exact thing)
@@loucam-l6214 Good point
Where can we get those tires
