Hey JD! Did you wrap your head around the height displacement issues? We're considering using Rokoko for a project where an actor will be moving up and down a pole, do you know whether that will work or not? Cheers!
There’s a switch for locomotion that helps with jumps but I haven’t continued yet with a deep dive. I saved a bunch of articles and I thought there was a trick to fixing it but I think generally height changes are tricky.
hi i hope you can find out this comment and reply, i just bought the suit and have some issue when setup wifi. When i plugin computer i set up with the wifi then i plug it out the suit doesn't have any connection. I use PC and LAN Connection is it correct ? or i need to change the same wifi with the suit?
The suit is a one time payment, the basic software is free but once you want additional features you can’t choose from different payment plans: www.rokoko.com/studio/pricing
Hi JD! I tried the discount code that you provided and it gave me an "invalid voucher code" message. Any ideas? I am really looking forward to getting this suit! Thanks!
@@FlareXinc Got an answer: "So most probably the customer inputs the voucher into a wrong field. One needs to click Checkout and will get forwarded to the checkout page where they can apply the code.'" So, hit Checkout (the blue box) and then you are on the total cost and shipping page, there you have a "Discount Code" box and that's where you put in the code. The previous box is "Input Voucher Code" and the wrong field. Hope that helps!
You either adjust the measurements of your suit fitting (as in, don’t go with defaults), but usually it’s a manual fixing by lowering the root and or adjust the hips on the rig, etc.

Unless your modem has WiFi already, so you might not need it (even though they recommend it). You can also use the internal WiFi hotspot (haven’t tried that yet though).
@@jeandenishaas I having the same issue as you..I cant get the legs to be accurate tried dedicated routers, going outside,...nothing worked for me...but if you just standing in place it is great!
Thankyou for this! So excited to see how it looks when transferred to a rig
You’re welcome! And me too!
The end was hilarious lol.
Hahaha!
If you want cleaner captures and avoid limb weirdness, in your profile you can setup up the length for ALL your limbs for accurate captures.
Yep! The next clip will have a fully setup profile for an actual capture and transfer to a rig. Very curious!

Seems that it gets all crazy as soon as you have both feet off the ground
So far but there are settings to change the locomotion options, I’m going to dive into all of that in the next clip!

Make sure that your firewall is either off or that you added an exception so that the suit is allowed to connect.
@@jeandenishaas so we can use Ethernet to connect with suit right?
