Hi guys, we bought one from you and we are very very very very unhappy with it. The arms and shoulders work quite badly, the hands move in a very stiff and orthopedic way. The integration with Unreal is a complete disaster. Our feeling is that we bought a product that had many promises and the reality is that everything works terribly. We would love you to propose a solution at the software or hardware level. Maybe we can publish videos that we have taken... so you can see the reality of what you are selling.

In terms of seeing the reality of what we're selling, we run a livestream using the suit every Thursday on RUclips - there are hours and hours of live, raw, unfiltered use of the suit in those streams - many working in Unreal Engine - and we encourage people to check them out to see how the suit performs. If your suit is not performing to the standard in those streams, then something has either gone wrong with the suit, the environment you're in or the strength of the WiFi signal you are using. Feel free to stop by the stream and we can try to fix the issue, although support@rokoko.com is the best way to start. I hope that helps, and we're sorry your experience has been so negative!
Suggestion: In future, please have labels or marks on the sensors that can help newbies identify the sensors faster and easier.
Upsize a suit? If I have a size MED suit, could I repurpose the sensors into an XL suit?? If so, do you sell the suits only? No sensors included??
Can I remove the wrist sensors on my V1 suit since I use the gloves? They’re real annoying
