The Best Soft Tacos Recipe

The Best Soft Tacos that are super easy to make!
These are my absolute favorite tacos. I make them all the time for a quick easy delicious meal and figured it was finally time to bring them to you!
Ingredients
Small flour tortillas
Mozzarella shreds
1/2 white onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
16oz vegan ground beef, we used impossible
1 Taco seasoning packet
Lime, lots of lime
Directions
Mix your onion and cilantro together in a small bowl
Prepare your ground beef: brown in a skillet
Add taco seasoning and water according to directions on packet
Cook for 2-3 more minutes
Heat a non stick pan over medium*
Sprinkle a little cheese onto pan to form a circle the size of your tortilla
Once cheese has started to melt place tortilla on top
Press tortilla down and gently twist tortillas so cheese lifts off pan
Once cheese has melted and starting to crisp up flip your tortillas
Cook for another 2 minutes
Remove and plate
Place tortilla cheese side up onto plate
Top with your onion and cilantro mix
Squeeze generously with lime
Serve and enjoy
*important to use a good pan so that the cheese easily lifts up
