Sorry, just plain wrong. Our bones are 40 to 50 percent protein for bone strength and plant based eaters likely end up using their bones to get the required protein that's not in their diet, hence plant based eaters often have more bone breaks. The phlegm is because milk is for baby cows and most adults don't have the right enzymes to break it down properly. I find that I can have a cup now and then with no effect but if I have 2 or 3 cups close together my sinuses get a bit blocked for a while.

True!.Every time I drink cow' s milk it causes excess phlegm,in my throat and runny nose,more than 2 GB lasses cause me a sore throat every time.
