Wow just fixed my wife's 2013 C300's right front door with the kit#2 worked like a charm saved me a lot of money she is very happy! Thank you AGA Tools.
My sister's 2013 C250 door handle broke just like this one. I'm hoping we can do this repair together. The Mercedes dealer in Westlake Village, CA told her the repair would cost $1,400 dollars. I need to study how to remove the door panel. The "clip" on the B pillar end of the upper corner door panel I'm reading breaks when you pull the panel off. Is there a way to keep this from happening, or should I just purchase a new clip (if available) before doing this repair? Thank you.
Hi Ricky, you want to be careful that's all. If it breaks, it will not be the end of the world, door panel will still stay intact and work as normal. There are a bunch of RUclips videos on how to do the removal of the door panel. Once you get the panel off, see if the break is at the bottom of the lever or further up. If it's at the bottom, you need version 1, if it's up higher, you need version 2.
