I can't find a flaw in this music/video. So transcending and soothing. To be able to a take a simple melody and repeat throughout the song, and weave other melodies within that repeating melody is not as easy as it sounds. Fantastic work.
Thom is my favorite artist and favorite person even if back 30 years ago he screamed into the camera with his very blondish hair at a beach concert and dived right into the pool, I'm glad he's in half of the artists songs that I know.

The natural woodwind to create ancient folk soundscape. The subtle pitch bend on the keyboard, Tom Yorkes voice and the video, of which seems to be played backwards and reversed, kind of reminds me of Prometheus in the early scenes with Iceland being the backdrop. The lyrics seem to shock the hairs on my arms. A masterpiece, 4 years on and I'm still stunned...

It is an astonishing work of art, and I feel it deserves to be re-released as a 4k video with surround sound and all the bells and whistles anyone could deliver. Not a demand of course, but simply a suggestion for what might possibly be the greatest music video of all time.
Every time I hear this song, I feel like I’m being asked to remember that humanity, with all its needless drama, chaos and possibility of destruction - that there is also a capability within most of us for good. That our place is with this planet earth, so impossibly able to create life and out of all those rare chances, we are lucky to be here and alive.

Don’t get me wrong, I really like a lot of Thom’s solo material but, I find myself wishing it all sounded as good as this. Mark Prichard is too good and theses two sound excellent together.
