@Andre-De-Warr Fortunately I've not had to leave my van in a garage overnight. But the one I use does have a private road outside, they said I can use it if that does ever happen.
My internet set up. Chinese mifii with twin antenna ports, connected to magnetic mimo on the roof. Smarty unlimited SIM £16 a month. Works almost everywhere. Runs my CCTV 24/7 on usb power. I use a different SIM in my phone (Vodafone) just in case.
@@the_groovy_life The single aerial ones are crappy, you need twin aerials and a SIM on a good network. I know some people have two SIMs on different networks in case one has a better signal
Just because someone has put yellow plate signs up saying "no overnight parking" doesn't mean that they mean a thing! It just means someone has put up a few signs. Ignore them if they are not official parking restrictions. Some jobsworth somewhere has just decided to be a t**t!😂
I used to think this but my folks got a ticket for staying in a no sleeping zone, They managed to get it appealed for their lack of evidence of them being asleep 😂

I totally ignore the none "legal" ones, and even the legal ones for me are "don't break the 11th Commandment, don't get caught", or admit ANYTHING" WE have council signs now on our litter bins in Arnside. "Please visit responsibly"!!! I kid you not. Some bell end has spent council tax £££s, time,and meetings to come up with that utter nonsense.
It depends who issues the ticket. If it's issued by the council, avoiding can be tricky, but private ticket issuers have to comply with a code of practice. Black Belt Barristers channel has done a few vids over the years about it. Worth looking them up, if only to be in the know.

I've got the Huawei dongle but I don't think it's that brilliant.

I use a tp link router with a sim, it comes with a 240v plug but it adaptes it to 12v. So I cut the plug off and away u go.
