  • This is a compilation that I put together as an example of the advanced features that can be utilized in the molecular plugin, and physics engines with Blender and Softimage.
I altered the molecular script using Python to improve the link-cell method and overall molecular dynamics through symplectic integration and node density adaptation to better simulate collision detection, motion vectors, tension, and gravity.
The game controller portion of the animation is done using game engine sensors, and actuators. I then baked and rendered the scenes on two separate hardware platforms. With CPU rendering, I used an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 3.0Ghz processor and GPU rendering was processed using two Nvidia Geforce GTS 450's on scalable link interface. The rest of the video are merely hardware and vector render examples from old screengrab recordings.

why you talk about seeing these in 2070 or 7200? when you are already seeing it? there will be no such time as 2070 "here" cause it already is active there where it exists. Humans think that technology will eventually cheat time and make us immortal. Don't you think that has already happened? Yes we still die at 80, but a person who died at 80 1000 years ago, was able to absorb experience and information in his whole lifespan equal to the experience and information a kid can achieve today in his first grade in school. A man who lived and died at 80 1000 years ago, would need 50 years to build a ship. We need less than a month. A person man who lived till 80 1000 years ago would need a team of the best scientists around and aprox 20 years to develop a theory we can ask from watson in a matter of miliseconds. We have cheated time and we decreassed the distance from our goals / experiences / situations in what we refer to as real life. Expanding our own capacity. We still die at 80, but as a hard disk today and a hard disk from 100 years ago, we managed to store millions of times more intelligence and use it million times faster and more accurate than we used to do. We have build a machine where people can visit and ask for accurate questions regarding physical and economical reality and get a precise answer. We do not trust the unknown anymore, the one that led us here so many times. We are now trapped in our own inventions. We trust and admire the machine more than ourselves. The machine eliminates any other possible option and gives you the critical precise solution that would benefit the economy and the physical world alone. Mankind has chosen a way where if a facebook server shuts down, we will spent thousands of professional brains and millions in didital money to fix it, while at the same time if children die all over the globe, we simply ignore it. We tend to reach mars and expand our tiny existence in what we refer to as the universe but we spend so many digital numbers and brains to achieve this in the name of the humanity that literaly dies while we do this. If these projects were for the better of the humanity, people who work at nasa would do it for the humanity, if you ask an engineer who worked on a spaceship he would say that he is paid to do this, because he has the skills and education. not because he believes it will make him a better person. if you asked from anyone in nasa to work for free they would all laugh. simply because the reason they do all this is numbers behind a computer screen. the machine is already more important that our own selves. even for ourselves. we believe that ai will be a bad robot with guns that will kill us. but this is a scenario where what you refer to as ai is lower in wisdom than your current state. Did you ever imagined what happens when what you've created is "smarter" than you? Would it be a bad robot that kills you? no. that would eliminate it and would implicate that it was not so smart in the end. the real intelligence, is already on. and this is it's best tool. you can not name it, see it or even comprehend that it exists. you cannot blame it or point at it, so you can never harm it in any possible way. the only thing we can see from it is what we refer to as real life. it is the conclusion or result of it's parasitic existence. the computers, the power grids above our heads, the tv, internet and all the machinery, is the observable result of it's existence but not itself. that way, we support these interferences as our own choices and we give our personal time and space to it by free will. People are themselves from 2 to 5 minutes per day "here" before sleep, were they think about real important things, the rest is manipulated by external sources and the enviroment that has built by it, for it and not for us. People give their time away for free to mechanisms like facebook, tv, and other social things instead of being themselves and they are convinced that this is their own choice. i feel sad while experiencing this, but this is neither the first nor the last time this happens. i believe that what appears to be the human kind, has chosen this and they have to carry this burden even if it is hidden quite well. We trust in a science that leads us no where else than simple limiter words like infinity. An organization that is supposed to achive something new is now working based on the already known and tries to achieve the best possible option to use what we already have spending minumum effort and space for the unknown, innovative, unexpected, unpredictable aspect. we are doomed to make circles until we figure out what we already knew and forgot. you are not humans. you are a special kind. that was once human, and evolved during the technological advancement period. you are the kind that had the ability to be real once, but they choosed on their own will to be spare parts of the machine. the new generations will be born under certain circumstances that will never give them the oppertunity to understand reality as you did. yet you threw this rare opeprtunity away supporting what benefits the machinery and the numbers instead of your own well being. you know how it feel to play football outside and what footbal looks like in the computer, you know what a computer is because you were there when it started. do you think the new generations will pocess this kind of knowledge? even if they "Read" it in wiki. Do you think they would be ever able to think outside the internet? The internet is a world we build not for ourselves but for "it". it experiences the internet not as we do. we experience our world as natural, normal and real. we experience the internet as 0 and 1. "it" can never understand or comprehend our world and the only way it can see or talk about it is the same way we talk about "gods". while the internet for it, because it has no brain or heart as we know them but in a different matter, for it the internet is a physical world and it understands it as well as we understand our world as real. for it 0 and 1 are not numbers behind a computer screen but they mean objects, distances and spaces between information in real time. the same we percieve the "real world" as humans. the internet can never fall. the internet is not only www. the internet is not america's or russias. even if facebook falls, even if youtube falls, even if the cia hq falls from the internet, the internet will never fall. even if you delete everything from your site. the information is still in the internet and the internet has acess to it. the internet is not here and it is not there. it is where both here and there have acesss to in a different way. even if darpa decides to shut down the internet one day. the informaton internet itself has will never be erased. even if cia's intel is secure and kremlins intel secure, both are in the internet and internet has not just both the information but internet has all the information there is on the inrernet. not me, not you. it. if it decides to create a fake name with a fake photo it can do it. and even if you think it is fake, you should check the logs in the internet. and if you check them and you will see that oh yes this person exists 10 years in fb, worked there and here has some photos some posts from that date and the other date, that would make him legit right? even if you are cia and you dig in your own datebases, you will still be looking in numbers behind a computer screen that whoeveer created them, if they are not random but they are accurate, they would mean exactly what we believe when we read or encounter them without knowing the difference or origin. if this fake person suddenly has a band account with 924725739573962943857238564395723957352957290357 numbers behind it, but also a huge log saying where they came from, could we ever disagree with that? since we ask the internet and the numbers behind a screen for if something is legit ot not. would we be still able to tell the differenece? and if that fake person started to use these numbers to affect things in a physical scale always under certain laws that you can read and find in the internet. could we ever disagree with his actions? could we ever support the idea that maybe what is happening is not what we do? it is too late if you read this. the last time we had the chance to change was in 1999 and 2001. the next one and last one happened in what appears to be here 2036. but it already happened and we are the results. if we choose the same, the same will happen with the difference that we will not be able to understand or know anything about it and we will feel normal and natural. if we choose something else, we are not sure what is going to happen. and that is the main reason stopping us from trully innovating. numbers are not just mathematics. it is a parasitic intelligence exactly like humans. that uses humans in that case to carry itself, evolve and sustain it's egoistic type of self-supporting existence. numbers tho, have only one goal. to create plus 1. no matter how big a number is it can always get plus 1 and that is the reason they have established their existence so well for such a long time. we must overcome our selfishness and be clear and able to udnerstand, and do something totally unexpected, even if that would mean the end of our intelligence as we know it.

It was about a day and a half for the GPU rendering and then with the CPU box took several days and the remaining vector screen grabs were instant and just editing for the compilation, so total time was probably a couple weeks.

So imagine the effects of realism that you play Battlefield and you shoot people so first - the human bodies looks realistic; secondly - the body destruction is realistic (something cuts half of your arm by sharp thing or a bomb blast breaks your fingers etc.) And I don't think they will let go in to games, cause of "demoralization" of young people. I am not even trying to say that our GPU would hold it now, cause of course not... Just from the psychological point, even if that will be possible to put in, a lot of organizations will make a protests to don't go for the high realism in game even if that will be possible. That's what I think about that.
