On the quest they said they would release the climbing tower, then the forest and then the trials. However long later the climbing tower is in the game but not functional

Hey, Mr Whitty. Newbie here with a few "dumb" questions. My menu doesn't have a camera. Is that a PC only option? Also, how do you animate your mouth? Finally, in your later videos you have what appears to be waves of white stripes flowing down your avatar. Is that a leveling benefit, a mod, or another PC option not available for Quest? I'm really enjoying the game and your videos. Good job.

hired 2 people with 12.4 million, pocketed the rest, a few days ago marked a whole year since pcs last update, and the climbing tower for quest is only just now in the 'concept art' phase, its a sore sight for sure.
I would like to see inter-server mechanics. 1: use the Trading Stalls next to the Town Hall as a full-scale auction house. Any items placed in these stalls would be accessible in an interface in the Town Hall. Creating an inter-server market would really liven things up. 2. Inter-server travel. In conjunction with this, each server can form their own little government where players can be made citizens, inter-server merchants, visitors, bounty hunters, or outlaws. By visiting multiple servers, players can apply for citizenship (membership to the server); commercial licensing to offer skills and or trade crafts; or be judged an outlaw and have bounties placed in you for conducting various nefarious actions. Bounty Hunters would be able to set up information networks to help track down outlaws as they log-in and wander through towns where they have bounties listed or in towns that have mutual bounty agreements. Outlaws can claim the Bandit Camps on various servers which would provide them a portal to server instances which would handle PvP scenarios. 3. PvP Instance Scenario Servers. These would be mini servers that allow for higher populations by creating a much smaller environment limited to the Town or the Bandit Camps. This is where large scale construction is put into play by allowing match-ups between Towns People versus Outlaws (Town Incursion) or Bounty Hunters/Posses versus Outlaws (Bandit Camp Raids). In the main servers, Towns People and Outlaws can build up their respective areas with walls, traps, domesticated creatures that defend areas, and Players receiving payment to successfully fulfill an Incursion/Raid role. A certain portion of a Town/Camp’s resources are available as loot (for Outlaws) or bail (for Townsfolk) for each encounter. This should create more Town cohesion by giving Players a more defined common goal of mutual defense within a Town as well as between Towns. It will also provide the more aggressive players a more controlled and organized mechanic to appease their needs without resorting to “reporting players” as stealing and/or murdering now have in-game consequences that players can work out on their own freeing developers from the role of policing. It should also be self-regulating as Outlaws would scale automatically with the Towns they would attack. Any Outlaw Crew that becomes overly successful would outgrow weaker Towns and would be motivated to move into Camps outside more successful Towns. Likewise, Towns with a more powerful militia would force weaker Outlaws to find weaker towns more appropriate for their level and skill.

Update for anyone watching this in 2024/Beyond. Development on A Township Tale has essentially ceased. Quest Version will not be recieving forest or combat trials, and there will be no further updates to the PC or Quest version. I urge people to please cancel supporter subscriptions, as you are paying for "Supporting the Development" of a game which is Not actively being developed. In Laymans Unga Bunga terms, Alta is by definition, running a scam. Its been a good run, folks.
The potential in this game is huge, im a quest player and it’s upsetting how many people don’t play anymore, not because they don’t like the game but because they need more content. I’m afraid with Zenith coming out ATT could get left behind. I hope this won’t be the case tho.
what this game needs is physical attributes for your character...i would love to see where we can triple our speed from carrying heavy loaded bags and have the speed boost be permanent with the character becoming stronger from carrying heavy weight all the time. because of how slow we move i only play on my server so i can give myself triple speed.
For updates i wish to only 3 updates that really want to see 1. Armory update, where they update more on the caves to add more ores like gemstones and maybe little more metal ores and more moulds to make different tools like 2 sided tool like shovel and pickaxe or pickaxe and hammer etc etc. And maybe a way to add moulds for handles then hopefully add the armor back into the game. 2. Wizardry update, where they add magic into the game like fire, ice and electric and such and different kind of magic stuff to help you benefit yourself and town and such 3. Gardenry update, to add a farm so you can farm fruit and other foods and maybe those spiguls. Then add new recipes and such. Maybe even fishing like sandwhichs or jams or other stuff be fun.

A update I think would be perfect for this game is some kind of sunken Palace full of challenges that if you complete you get the ability to swim.

They'll also have to officially add the Gotera variants, Dais, Babu and all the other creatures in the Small Forest

They are just prefab stuff that's custom, not actual housing and you can spawn stuff on Quest I think but not sure what.

I really enjoy the old fashion sword and shield but with the mods the light sabers are probably my favorite so far.
