same. got a black se, i would still like to use it as it works flawlessly so im going for silver so i can have both colors. silver goes with more things anyways.
I have the Ultra 2... the watch was built with folks such as myself in mind. However, the series 10 is more ideal for me in day to day life. Also, prefer the light weight while running and biking. For context, I ordered the series 10 TI-natural and will likely be trading my Ultra2 in. I will miss the battery life, but the Series 10 doesn't feel like an inconvenience and dresses up nicely. For durability concerns with my active lifestyle, I have Apple Care, just as I did with the Ultra 2. The series 10 feels like it blends into my wrist while the ultra 2 feels like it sits on top of my wrist waiting for the chance to flop off. I've had plenty of Garmins as well... with this in mind, the Ultra 2 is not a large watch comparatively. But once again, the comfort of the series 10 is just that good/practical. Another thing I noticed, which is subjective... my watch straps stand out much more with the series 10.
@@saintjmv04 It’s good you were able to try both and found the one for you! 😊I definitely did not expect to switch to the series 10 but I’m really liking it.
@@JonImperial The battery life on past Apple Watch series wasn't lasting me through the day leaving me having to often wear a Garmin. So the Ultra 2 made sense and bridged the gap for me with some compromise. However, I have found that I am still able to train (bike, run, weight train, family walks... 1-2 recorded 30 to 90 minute workout recordings), use cellular (music/phone/text while training), make it through the workday and Homelife as a father of 3, and still have around 30% battery life left on the series 10 46mm Ti-natural. My wife uses my old series 8 and I can definitely say the battery life on that was not comparable to what I am getting with the series 10 46mm-TI. I also had many other versions of the Apple Watch... previous to the 8, the series 7 titanium. Like you mentioned, I didn't expect that I would want to keep the series 10 given all the semi- advantages features the Ultra 2 (also owned the Ultra 1) seemed to offer. However, all that seems a bit overkill compared to practical day to day use and comfort.
@@saintjmv04 I have been using a Series-watch from 0 - 7 and loved them - but the Ultra was just build to last longer and the addition of the Action button is just amazing for running on track and marking segments or when running long sleeve in cold or rain I can use precision start and just start it and pause it when ready
Thanks for your information on both the series 10 and Ultra 2. I currently have both and have been having a hard time with deciding which one to send back. Your comments have mostly helped me to decide based on what is the better fit for my day to day life.
I decided to go for the series 10 46mm titanium version mainly because I have the WATCH Ultra 1, although I really want the black Ultra watch, but it made more sense to buy the series 10.
I just picked up the Apple Watch series 10 in natural titanium with a green Nike sport loop the cloth band Velcro loop band I like the titanium watch for the sapphire glass and the nice field of the titanium. I think this is a watch that will last me for a couple years. I had an ultra two in black, but for me it was just too high up on the wrist too thick and it was not something that I liked because I’m not a real outdoorsy person I don’t do all those things, but for those type of people it works good.
Looks great, I’m looking for the natural titanium as well, what are your thoughts on the link bracelet? For a more casual look am in between that and the milanese loop
I am waiting for the link bracelet to arrive. I have no prior experience with it. I think that one looks better BUT the Milanese is so convenient and light.
I replaced my Apple Watch 5 with the Watch 10 a few days ago, the battery life improvement is great. My old 5 couldn’t come close to what I’m now getting even when it was new. As a small wrist person myself I wonder if I should have at least tried out the 42 version but I lived with the 44 version of the Watch 5 for 5 years and my 10 is slightly larger while being lighter and thinner so I think I’ll be ok
I have similar wrist size-- had the 45mm series 7 and just got the 42mm series 10. In the natural titanium with certain faces it almost looks and feels like a normal watch and looks like a piece of jewelry instead of a wrist tablet. I use it mainly for fitness and sleep tracking so don't need a massive screen to accomplish either of those. There's normally a push for the larger size looking more masculine but tbh I think smaller looks more sophisticated for smart watches.
@@JonImperialand you got the 46m AW right? The magnet of the bracelet passed a little the middle bottom of your wrist, which is what I’m also aiming for!😊
@ I got the AW series 10 in jet black (46mm), got a 170mm wrist and I’m divided between getting the S/M or M/L Milanese loop bracelet (black one). I’m afraid the large one gets the magnet way on the other side of the watch, almost touching the watch again.
Yesterday I flew with a son. His S9 displayed the altitude relatively correctly throughout the entire flight. The altimeter on the s10 froze and could not be reactivated even after a restart. It only worked again on the ground. Has anyone had similar experiences?
@@JiarNal-b4u i’m coming from an Ultra 😂 so to me it’s already a downsize… I did consider the smaller model but I have so much bands for this size already. 😊

is it 3 times? WOW. Yeah. I think it's a bummer how the bezels are thicker.. If they improved the battery life, I would have been okay with it.. but it's a step back as it stands. 👎🏾
