Hi Derek ! This Alkaline show is one of their best performance for my opinion. From the same show, you really have to react to the song killing Hallelujah. And also the final song rusty foncky which is completly crazy!
I prefer the one they did on the Nagui's show : "Taratata" with the choral.

Hi Dereck ! J'adore Nirvana et j'aime beaucoup Shaka Ponk, mais je dois dire ce n'est pas la meilleure Version de "Smell like teen spirit" Que Shaka Ponk est fait, la meilleure étant pour moi sur le plateau de l'émission TARATATA , C'était juste AMAZING 🤯 . TARATATA est une EXCELLENTE émission live française que je te conseille de regarder d'ailleurs tu trouveras des pépites incroyables vraiment cette émission à reçu des artistes nationaux et internationaux, qui font des covers et des duo incroyables. Je ne crois pas qu'une telle émission existe ailleurs 🙏 😊 .

Effectivement *Taratata* est vraiment un show musical télévisé exceptionnel qui n'a pas réellement d'équivalent. Dommage que *Nagui* ait un peu tendance à souvent inviter les mêmes artistes dernièrement.
Mais, ne boudons pas notre plaisir, parce que cette émission, comme vous le dites, a réussi à créer des duos d'immenses stars internationales totalement improbables de prime abord et fréquemment sur des titres qui ne sont pas les leurs en plus (des reprises, ou « covers » en anglais).
Elle bénéficie aussi de moyens techniques réellement exceptionnels, permettant ainsi de recréer, pour les artistes qui s'y produisent, la sensation d'un concert réel avec une scène centrale très spacieuse et le public nombreux tout autour.
Bravo au service public français de produire une émission aussi ambitieuse et à Nagui qui n'a jamais rien lâché, faisant perdurer ce bijou télévisuel depuis plus de vingt ans maintenant, je pense.
*« My Taratata - Nagui - Isaac Hayes & Soul II Soul - Papa was a Rollin' Stone (Live 1995) »* pourrait être un bon titre pour comprendre un peu le principe.

I find a lack of rythm in the first part which i find really boring. Then suddenly i got hypped when drums started...but the rythm is odd and awful to my ears. So it's a no for me.
