@supermegaman88 to be fair, a lot of horror fans say there's a difference between a jump scare and actual fear. A jump scare scares you for a sec and gets your heart pumping, but fear makes you feel unsettled for a long while.
Oh my god... Someone finally did it! Someone finally compiled every single trap in Illbleed! I've wanted to see every single trap people have avoided in their playthroughs for so long, and you made that a reality for me! Thank you, thank you so much!
You have no idea how much I appreciate this video. You even went above and beyond to name each trap, showcasing each damage value for everything. I was expecting a video with all the traps edited together and that's it, but no. My expectations were completely surpassed. You didn't have to do all of that, and yet you did, and wonderfully edited too. I wholeheartedly thank you for taking the time to do this, I love Illbleed and I know this must have taken a lot of time. Truly, thank you dude.
I know this is like the entire gimmick of the department store level but theres still something really funny about seeing this horrific creature appear from a random shelf and just Casually steal your money Especially the ones that arent even overly aggressive like the little jelly guy who basically casually reaches into your pocket, takes some cash, and dissappears back into the jelly
So like.... One that ACTUALLY and ACTIVELY tried to REALLY kill you? I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be legal. But if you mena like based on horror tropes/movies then, yeah. I'm 100% in
The most batshit insane horror game I've ever played. Awesome that you got all the traps in one video, including the alternate takes where Eriko avoids them ("Cool!").
I love Illbleed so much! Also love that you showed the alternate animations when you tag the traps, when they have them. (especially the one with the boards at HoD, you normally can't see that since the monitor's beyond it.) edit: the sidebar stats is going above and beyond, this is genuinely helpful beyond just getting to see the missed cutscenes! thanks!
finally someone recorded all the traps/monster encounters/defused animations from this game plus ive been playing this game for almost 20 years and knew about the defused plank trap animation at 0:27 its cool to see it but the real question is why they added it when the only way to see it is with cheats
I get the feeling that the game originally was meant to have horror monitor vending machines at the entrance lobby of each level, looking over at Blue Stinger. So the plank trap was probably the original tutorial, until they realized you can pick any level and could skip the Homerun of Death tutorial section, and they moved it to an area behind the ER in the hub world.
@@timothyfinn3619Exactly.... Cause if we start to try finding sense we think. How could this group of teenagers get sliced, diced, stabbed, hacked, saw and the other millions things that DO make them bleed a LOT but... Doesn't do any permanent damage that a bandaid can't fix? 💀. Never question Illbleed
Wow! You count the damage, blood, heart... Amazing! Congrats! I love illbleed so much too, i making him in rpg maker, includes illbleed 2, the sequel: "the arcade" with wong and alícia characters
I remember that I played it when I was 13 or 14 years old, it scared me a lot. In those years I got stuck in the part where you put the code in wood puppets.
In one of the promotional screenshots for this game, there was an image of Neo from Super Magnetic Neo getting grabbed by a giant hand, presumably from a trap in this game as a goofy cameo, like Dogs Bower. When I played the game, I don't remember seeing it. Does anyone here know if it ever actually appeared in the game?
13:33 this game is completely nonsensical, even at the best of times, but this is just insane to think someone thought to animate and include this, it's just so goofy looking
Guys, I once saw that the main character can have a low heart rate, how to achieve this? I never realized, heart rate was below 50 and going down and down
It's a Dreamcast horror game about exploring seven B horror themed levels to find your friends. A recent video by Nitro rad does a very through cover of it's history and the game. Though there are a few other videos talking about it as well.
For someone who isn’t supposed to get scared, she sure does scare easily.
I guess being startled isn’t the same as being scared to the devs or the character?

I was also looking for this and so happy to find this vid!
One thing is missing though. The traps from Revenge of the Worm Queen.
That stage has no traps iirc@@eddzetarabbit
Its unbelievable that they took the time to make all of these traps unique

5:43 - Fall Down Bear is the best, and thank you for including them.
Even Eriko agrees.

I wish somebody could make a horror attraction like ILLBLEED, it looks like it would be one Hell of a ride.
Mckamey Manor was a thing.

Oh heck, I didn't know they actually had an animation if you cheated to avoid the plank trap! That's actually a nice secret
13:35 Aw, how polite

This is an incredible compilation. Love that you detail both damage and adrenaline gain stats too.
thanks a ton for this. the stats screen is an incredibly nice detail
15:02 hey, They'll get their hands on the top door too, and they'll take $2,500.
oops! here's a video of the missing trap

@@RoboBowler. do them but with Michel Waters instead. The trap with the elephant should go last for her.

@@neoqwerty unless i misunderstand what you mean, you can't pick any level you want, they're all unlocked in order
Now I'm stuck wondering why three high-velocity (possibly exploding) gumballs are as lethal as getting slashed by a guillotine three times.
If I learned anything about this game, never question anything in IILBLEED.
There is the possibility those gumballs are impacting with enough force to break your ribs, lodging themselves near your organs, and THEN exploding...

Oh wow the title edit was subtle. Great job, this video rocks
Haven't played the game before but watched a full playthrough it's really good very underated 😊
What about a video of all death types and death animations of all playable characters in ILLBLEED? I would definitely like to see them if they happen.
13:46 hang on...that's the sound effect used for the enemies from clone! (One of the net yaroze games)
Doing God's work dude. Thank you.

Your character's heart rate starts to fall when your bleeding meter is very high

Michael Reynold’s virtual horror land……
Warning: This game contains Jumpscares and loud noises
You forgot the traps from Revenge of the Worm Queen.
This compilation is every unique trap animation, and there aren't any traps or unique enemy encounter trap animations in the second level
You lost a lot money barely even have to enough buy a can of Hassy
This game is weird lmao
