    Omg I recommend you put another peice of foil over the popcorn for those who have a different brand airfryer because when they pop up or jump they fly into other parts of the airfryer and can cause a fire. Literally just happened to me 5 minutes ago

      Our Phillips air fryer would probably do this. When I heat taco shells up for a few minutes they get sucked up a little bit into the heating element and I imagine popcorn will do the same. Thank you for this comment.
      I will make sure i do this before trying.
      Perhaps this video should be deleted and remade. You would think the maker of this video would at least put up a disclaimer for this reason.

    I don't recommend doing this without making a loose pouch out of foil to hold the popcorn.
    You do not want the kernels popping into the heating elements. It may work once, but it could cause a fire.

      Use another piece of foil over the top of the top of the popcorn. First fit a piece of foil to the bottom of the airfryer, take it out. Once that piece is out fit another piece to the airfryer bottom. Follow the directions of the video, but before you add heat, add that other foil over the top. You may still get. a few kernels here and there stuck at the top, but if you don't do it this way you could cause a fire, literally. Happened to my cousins a few days ago with his fryer.

      The spray coconut oil has no trans fats and only puts a very light coating. So it is a healthy option. The cheese seasoning isn’t highly processed at all. It’s mostly whole foods ingredients with the exception of a tiny amount of hydrolysed corn protein. And it is 2 calories and only 90mg of sodium per serving. So it is very much healthy.

      Sugar and Salt isnt bad for health lol. Our body consumes sugar for energy and salt is an excellent source of electrolytes. The sugar wont increase the calories that much too.

    • @toddtherodgod1867
      @toddtherodgod1867 2 года назад

      @@gabriellee1378 You're kidding, right? Yes, we need sugar and salt to live, but the amount we need is very, very low. People will consume their actual daily need for sugar with a few chips.
      Any excess sugar is stored in the body, and is one of the fastest ways to get fat. Also, the elevated insulin levels are a huge risk for diabetes.
      Salt is also especially dangerous. We need it to live, but we need a proper balance. Too much salt raises our blood pressure, and if you have your blood pressure too high for prolonged periods of time, you are increasing your risk of stroke, heart attack, and many other life altering diseases.

    • @gabriellee1378
      @gabriellee1378 2 года назад

      @@toddtherodgod1867 and you think those amount of sugar and salt is alot comparing to the processed foods other people eats per serving daily? It's all about calories in calories out when it comes to weight control. What food you eat doesn't matter, I can gain weight if I eat 3000kcal of chicken breast and loose weight if I consume 1700kcal of sugar. You don't just gain weight just by eating a sprinkle of sugar and salt. Its fine lol
