  • I'm a big dude. At over 6 feet tall and let's say a little husky, I'm definitely not the original demographic for the Talaria Sting. But that doesn't mean I can't have just as much fun as everyone else.
    To make the bike just that much better to ride I added the following modifications:
    - MAGURA MT7 BRAKES
    www.amazon.com...
    - MAGURA FRONT ROTOR
    www.amazon.com...
    - MAGURA CALIPER SPACER ( the wording on amazon is weird but the ones I got are the "Taglia Unica")
    www.amazon.com...
    - ODI GRIPS
    www.amazon.com...
    - MT7 BRAKE BLEED KIT
    www.amazon.com...
    - QUADLOCK STEM MOUNT
    www.amazon.com...
    - All Warp 9 Products
    www.warp9racin...
    WOOHOO! You made it to the bottom!
    Just for you I have a special project I personally have been working on. Click the first link to see my website, and the second to see it on Amazon.

    Tip for putting brakes on without tools to cut the lines properly is wrap the line in a circle zip tie them and hide it behind the number plate brakes will work fine like this

    Two things. I don't know if you have children, but you seem like you'd be a good father. Clearly, you'd be able to teach them about bikes and motorcycle so they'd look cool to their friends. I'm learning so much from your channel that I made an emoto "how-to" playlist.
    Aside from health reasons, don't worry too much about being a big guy. I worked with a husky guy who said his gut was a fuel tank for a sex machine. I accepted him at his word.

    Hey I need some help here. I chose to get the quad lock fork stem mount. I’m trying to install it, and the star nut is in the way. did you just move the star nut down? Also, the screw for the stem mount does not thread into the star nut. does that mess with things?

    i see you struggling with the grips, you can use compressed air to zip the grips on and off, works great and have done it countless times.

      I love my Talaria Sting MX3. I personally noticed no range difference switching to the MX tires I got. I usually get 2 hours of intermediate to intense riding. The mileage varies a lot but it seems to consistently be about 2 hours of fun

    Im so close to pulling the trigger on one of these. Been riding motorcycles my whole life but am seeing benefits to the stealth factor of one of these. Im 6 foot 1, and around 280. How are your spokes and rims holding up? Im just so worried that my weight will beat the shit out of the bike. Just planning on trail riding, technical slow stuff etc. Not jumping or moto x stuff.

      If I find whoops then I bottom out constantly. But for trail rides and single track I don’t bottom out.
      That being said the suspension is very soft overall

    • @haveagoodoneyt
      @haveagoodoneyt  6 месяцев назад +1

      I have a link to it in the description but it looks like Amazon might be sold out right now. You can get them at www.quadlockcase.com/. I highly recommend Quadlock as they are super strong, offer wireless charging options, and have the most accessories available. Another really good phone mount is Peak Design but their mount/case is newer so they don't have quite the ecosystem yet.
      Oh and the one I used is the "stem mount"

    Hey bro I’m in the process trying to order a talarian but I’m kinda sceptical weather I should get a surron or talarian I’m trying to save money but I also heard talaria has a longer ride time can you give me your advice on the talaria like I do love a fully modded surron but I also seen a lot of talarian all done up and they pretty much look the same any advice please help ❤ I’ll drop a sub if you reply

    • @haveagoodoneyt
      @haveagoodoneyt  5 месяцев назад

      Talaria all the way. If you’re looking for the small sized bike (Surron light bee, Talaria sting, Segway x260) then 100 go with Talaria. The MX4 is just the best overall in range, power, durability, suspension, and brakes.
      And the MX3 is a great deal these days. So yea just go with Talaria if you want the small bikes.
      If you’re looking for something slightly larger then get the Surron Ultra Bee. Its value is insane because it’s got more power, better brakes, and is overall larger and the price difference is just the cost of a 72 volt battery for the Talaria.

    Best mod is eat healthy and treat your body right, health complications will cost alot in the long run. Then the bike would be way faster also.
