Hi Dayana and everyone else! I've been doing this for 17 days already paired with other short exercises from the creator (abs, arms, chest & shoulders, thighs) and i can see my abs forming but they are still not very visible. people commenting to see if there are results, i understand you but please be patient with it. if you google how long someone needs to be exercising in order to get a bigger butt for example, it shows 3-6 months or even 1-2 years if you want the final result! (obviously you will have to keep going if you want to keep it) i was impatient too searching for what work out i should invest my time on to change my physical appearance but that leads nowhere. now, it might take longer for me to see huge results with these short exercises (17 minutes combined with the rest of the workouts i do daily) but that's all i can do right now because of my schedule. do you want to see a change on your body in a shorter time? then you gotta hit the gym or follow a fuller workout routine which will last up to 30-45 minutes perhaps daily. these workouts are perfect for me in order to build the habit of exercising on a daily basis and i'm glad i stumbled upon them. everyone's body reacts differently and that's why you have to try something to see if it works for you. do these exercises make you feel your muscles tingle? then that means you are doing it right and i promise you it's working. but give it time and you'd better give up looking at the mirror after finishing your daily practice. maybe check every 15 days or 30. trust the process. it will show up eventually. peace out. and thanks Dayana for making these videos, they are super useful and easy (as mush as it may hurt while in the process of exercising😂)
I have a type of arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis. I feel insecure about my butt even though it's a little big. I also struggle with routines as I also have ADHD and autism which causes difficulty with change. This helps a lot and is quite a work out and will definitely help with making routines. Thank you for making it easy for people who struggle to get out of bed. I can't thank you enough.

I’ve been doing this since august and I’ve seen a change in October but now I definitely see a change do it it’s worth it don’t give up take like 2 days off but not back to back

@@Sadventwell no kidding. If you want a fast change the exercises need to be more vigorous.
This is a great workout! Just done it for the first time before bed and I defo felt it! Excited to continue and hopefully gain strength and see results!

Love the 3 mins, this I can easily fit in. I just did it for the first time yesterday, so I want to ask: is it normal that I don't feel it in my glutes? I wonder if my form is off. Or is this too easy for me and I need to somehow make it more challenging? Or maybe I don't have to feel it for it to be working? (evidence of sore muscles usually confirms I've worked those muscles out)
did you see this working for you? i currently feel the same. i don’t feel it in my glutes, rather i feel it in my thighs and i’m unsure if it’s working
It might be because when you’re doing it your allowing more than just your glutes to do the movements. I had to catch and stop other parts of my body trying to move with my glutes otherwise it wouldn’t work for me!
This is my third day. The first day I didn’t feel it, second day began kind of feeling it and now on the third day I’m really feeling it in my glutes. It’s not a horrible over workout pain, but today I can tell it’s working!

You can do it as many times as you'd like it's recommended to workout at least 30 mins a day.

That really depends from person to person, I cannot give you a specific number of days. You need to take into consideration eating healthy, how much you exercise per week, sleep patterns, stress levels, how much water you drink, your start weight / body composition etc. It can generally take anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months to see results when you start your fitness journey. Hope this helps in giving you a rough estimate. 🤍
