    Wow,I've always thought that Xiao long BAO is impossible to veganize. Thank you for sharing. I wonder if it's possible to veganize hargow? 🤔

      I'm so glad that you enjoyed this recipe! Thanks for the feedback! You can actually choose any of your favorite veggies for the filling, the ones with less water content will be better to work with. kabocha , butternut squash, red kuri squash will all work:-)!

      Hello! I recommend you use all-purpose flour. Regarding freezing, you just need to keep the finished buns at a distance and put them in the freezer is. When you want to eat them, you put them directly into a bubbling steamer and they need to be steamed for two to three minutes longer than fresh buns.

    maybe this is a stupid question😅... but can you use regular dumpling wrappers for dim sum?

      Thank you for your feedback! That's a great question!You can use dumpling wrappers for this soup dumpling. If possible, please roll the edges thinner. The specific difference lies in the texture. This recipe uses dough made with hot water, giving it elasticity during wrapping, resulting in a softer texture after steaming.
