what is the best way to put the printer to bed for the night or over the weekend? Should we power it off and fully dock the inc heads with cleaner in the ink pads?
I suggest always leaving the printer on
What do you do with your old ink pads? Do you clean them and repurpose them too or just use new every time it needs replaced?
Inkpads are not extremely expensive when I noticed they go bad I just replace them and dispose of the old you can find them here jaysprinterparts.com/products/epson-xp600-cap-capping-station-inkpad
@@JaysToDoList the shop I work at has a haolic uv dtf printer. You have ink pads for those?
@@chrisoneil9798 If it is the XP 600 then yes.
Any advice for me, my white ink is printing but not printing the whole backing, it's like it's not aligned and only printing 80% of the image of the white, then i end up with a transparent border on the image!

Hi bro, can i use xp600 for 8' x 4' flatbed machine.
You can, but i would recommend switching to ricoh at least g5 but if you need more affordable ricoh gh2220. That is if it is uv printer. As xp600 is not the best suited for this

@@JaysToDoList I searched in INDIA, gh2220 is very rare model.
If must use epson I suggest i1600-u this is designed for uv ink if you use i3200 just stick with xp600 as it is cheaper
@@JaysToDoList Thanks again for your response. In XP600 , May i use CMYK + WW in a single head . or CMYK in one head, and WWWW on another head. which one is recommended by you. Thanks bro.
