Nice. Just my 2 cents on UV DTF. The varnish give better protection against scratches and more durability, that is why is part of the process. Without varnish the UV DTF will damage faster and will not be protected.
Loved this video, your barn is like my craft room 😄please get yourself a chair for you back though😆. Thank you so much, you are just so straight down to earth and a joy to watch.
Hello Jay...! My name is Carlos, I greet you from Taller Creativo de Ecuador...I watched some of your videos, and they have helped me a lot about the UV DTF machine, but I have a problem with the Varnish.I hope you can help or advise me, I have a KJ3360 machine very similar to your RefineColor machine, I already suction the ink through the syringe and the varnish does not work, my machine has 2 Epson XP600 heads. I look forward to your comments, I hope you can help me! Your videos are great, keep going. Congratulations !
The problem i got with uv dtf for now its that after apply for a few hours or a day it gets some bumps really small like its coming off, and it so not look or see smooth like it was just applied. And i dot get why i am just starting with the UV DTF
Do not clean with acohol or any harsh cleaner before you apply clean the surface with soap and water let it dry then apply the sticker press on firmly then remove let it set for a day or 2 before a challenge
@@JaysToDoList I am confused I just learned that there's different kind of ink's for Uv printer's. It seems my print got the neutral ink, witch one it's the recommended to print on DTF UV sheet?
what sheets you use ? and how is the scratch resistance realy? tried 2 years ago with a and b film but if you realy scratch with yoru nail is comes off verry easily. and i stil lalways see vids where that looks good and they say ist scratch resistance but like i said if you realy scratch with your nail it comes off. i think al that uv dtf printing is not as nice as all vids let you believe

Haha thanks for watching
I have this lamanater could you do a quick video on how to setbit up out of the box please
Really cool, Jay, a small detail, better to hold the B film and tear the A film off of it, otherwise the pattern may be broken.
When peeling off the transfer film, it wants to pull the print with it. Any ideas how to improve this? Lamination pressure or temperature?
@@Tankwiper what temp are you set at
@@JaysToDoList 70 C, 158 F
Pressure is around 8 bar, because we didn't receive a compressor with the machine and connected to a big compressor instead.
Can you A And B sheets be used for an A 1 uv printer, Also my laminator is a FM3520 intelligent
Sure you can use the sheets

Hi I would like
To buy ,but do you use soft uv ink
I used hard inks in this video soft inks will be better for uv dtf but hard inks are better for almost everything else

If you apply it to a hard surface and let the glue setup it's not to bad however if like other items if abused it will scratch
