Voice of Gaz here! Everyone did such an amazing job, you all absolutely blew me away with this! Each scene flowed together perfectly when transitioning to the next artist.
It’s been so exciting each time progress was made in the project, and now two years later, It’s amazing to see the hard work everyone did!

This is the first time I've provided my voice as Tallest Red, and the same sentiments I carried into AVTP still exist since.
This was a blast to be a part of, as everyone involved in the recording was super fun to work with! And the video in itself as a whole turned out amazing! Very proud of my involvement, and of everyone else who helped make this as great as it was!
Hey man. It was so much fun meeting you and sharing scenes as Tallest Purple with you. Those recording sessions with the cast were legendary.

Seeing Dib get to work with Tak after I literally just met and asked Jhonen if she was still alive made my day!
I was fortunate enough to meet him at Galaxy Con Columbus this past weekend when he told me that he had actually planned for an alliance between Dib and Tak to happen at the end of enter the florpus.
Apparently after the whole Moo-ping 10 scene at the end of the movie she would pop out of a hatch in her ship and approach Dib about it so seeing something similar like this was just awesome!
He should have done it. Would have sparked a lot of interest in a sequel.

Tak's old ship (now Dib's) is so temperamental. Then again, if I had Dib's name painted on the side of my head, I'd probably be annoyed too.
It has a copy of Tak’s Personality on it and I remember in the actual show upon being woken up tried to kill Dib because he had stolen the ship. Side Note: I always liked the idea of Tak and Dib working together because they ultimately have the same goal and that’s to ruin Zim

They all hate each other, so I think they’d just take turns teaming up to destroy the others

So, was this a fan plot constructed from the ground up, or was this based on an actual scrapped episode? Either way, it was really good. The characters were spot on, and I liked all the different art styles the animators used.
The show didn't bring Dib into space episodes very often, so that's another thing I liked.
Tallest Purple here. This episode was indeed based off of one of the scrapped episodes of Top of the Line. Unlike other cancelled episodes from the show that had scripts and recorded dialogue. All “Top of the Line” has was a brief and vague summary. I think the writers did a pretty good job at trying to imagine what actual episode could have been (with a few… ahem… colorful language changes)

Don't know why, but Gaz using profanity feels like something that was always meant to be. If "Invader Zim" was made more for mature audiences, like, say, "Helluva Boss", I could definitely see her throwing a few F-bombs here and there.
