Great report of the delta & Mussels on California lakes. This mussel issue is a concern for all people that love the sport. My suggestion is to call the lake you want to fish before drive there, a lot of lakes might not let you launch your boat if you are a delta river angler
Happy Thanksgiving friend. I had some friends fishing the confluence of the American and Sacramento and had some success with trolling angry eye DD hard baits. Nothing huge but a few decent fish. Bright colors too. Char/silver, red head/silver and also used a Shimano Armajoint.

not sure if Verona is open or not. I know Elkhorn boat launch is open. Its pretty close to Verona
