I never told him when he was treating me badly I just changed my phone and blocked on social, he wrote me a three page letter I tossed it in the trash, didn’t even read, just more BS

Wow…this is so spot on as if you actually profiled the narc I experienced. In this video you revealed to me yet one more way he got his thrills cheating on me…by cheating me out of the life I wanted or that he had promised we were working towards… Thank you so much for explaining the narc mindset and unmasking/revealing/exposing the reality of what was perpetrated upon us. Big help!
This explains my final situation before I got to grips with what was happening…I was being treated with such disrespect whilst the new target got the very nice person. I think for me it was when I asked why are you sending someone you work for love heart emojis and falling over yourself to help and be there for them when you don’t even answer my calls! I think they try these tactics to see if they get the green light of the new supply before jumping ship…for anyone woman who’s gut instinct is in overdrive there is usually a reason. When challenged they usually shout scream swear to back you off because they know you have seen the light. The smear campaign has already started by this time and before I knew it I was being insulted by someone I didn’t even know!
