To create an additional profile on your Netflix subscription, open your preferred web browser and go to Netflix.com. Then log into your account if you aren’t already signed in. Now click Add Profile. Enter a name for your profile. Click the check box labelled Kid if this profile is for a child. Then click Continue. If you’d like to further customize the profile, click Manage Profiles. Then click the pencil icon on the new profile you just created. Here you can customize more settings and information for your profile. Click the profile icon to choose a new image to represent this profile. You can choose from one of the classic options, or scroll down to check out icons with characters from popular Netflix shows and movies. Click an image to select it as your new profile icon, then click Let’s Do It to confirm the change. Now you can give your profile a unique handle for Netflix games, select maturity settings, and autoplay controls. When you’re done setting up your profile, click Save to confirm your changes. You can have up to 5 profiles total on one Netflix subscription.
Note: if you want to share your Netflix account with someone outside of your household, you may need to purchase an additional member slot.

Is there any option that only 1 user can use 1 profile at a time?
That will depend on which tier of Netflix subscription you have

The option to lock a profile with a pin may be helpful with stopping others from using a profile.
