If I had this recalled preformed and my E brake actuator is basically seized would that indicate the recall wasn't preformed properly as that is what the recall is supposed to address. I have a little play can move it with a lot of force but not enough for the cable to pull and the spring to pull back the lever.
The only place you can get it is through Mazda E Store. I don't even have access to it. Only our parts manager has access to the E store. It doesn't even have a part number. They just call it the Special Service Tool or Jig for the brake caliper campaign 1217F. All special service tools are shipped directly to us weather we want them or not. If they were to get lost or break, the parts manager would have to order them through Mazda E store.

@@LightsOverAlaska if it's the caliper that is actually seized and not the cable, then that is possible.
