I've used in the past at dealership on used cars. Works great. The magic ingredient is Turpentine. Since retiring I've done a couple with turpentine/marvel mixed together. Great success.
If the engine "has time" to use "R&P" over an Oil Change Interval, maybe 4, or continuous... It removes the deposits more gradually, hopefully without clogging an Oil filter (it is designed not to... If the Interval isn't "extended", or again engine isn't already a sludge factory with an Emergency Room like "need" for maintenance/removal of as much "deposits" as possible NOW... It can do the work over say 4000+ mile intervals doing regular Oil changes.
great video, you really give a lot of very useful information in a easy way to understand. I'm thinking about getting a CX-5. Are they generally trouble free? I've bought toyota for 25 years but i am getting tired of their price gouging and bad dealers so I was thinking of trying Mazda. Can you make a video about carbon build up on the intake valves in the SkyActiv engine? I see a lot of videos on youtube about carbon build up but since you are a Mazda tech actually working on these things i feel like you can better address the issue. if it even is a issue...
@tarpatel I have not seen a lot of issues on carbon build-up. The CX-5 is a great vehicle. Some have issues. But nothing that can't be fixed. Thanks for the comment.
KIA diesel vehicles were never released in the USA. I have never worked on or even seen a Sportage 2.0L diesel. I wish I could be more help. But, I just don't have any information about that vehicle.

That's good to know. Thanks for the comment.
What ratio of turpentine/marvel mystery oil may I ask? Also any regular oil or just straight like 50/50 turpine/marvel for 45 minutes? Thanks.
I have used BG products many times and they work miracles. Saved my 2015 KIA Forte and a 2013 Focus.
Thanks for the comment. Thanks for watching. And thanks for your support.
I use BG EPR every few years, and MOA, 44K at every oil change. My Engines are Sludge and Varnish free. BG Has Great Products
@@SilentBob1932 that 44K is magic in a can.
