Your recipes are my #1 and you are hands down the most influential person who has taught me the most about cooking. I’ve actually learned how to build flavor.       A hair tie would hold her hair back and keep it out of her way. There is nothing wrong with comments that don’t agree with others. They might just have a valid point.

    You're such a joy to watch. Experiencing you live is a wonderful treasure. You become even more real. Thank you, thank you. I've made your chickpea quesadillas, lentils, cheese sauce, cauliflower soup, white bean soup, and pumpkin pasta. You've taught me about bouquet garni and gremolata (gremolata changed my life. I'd eat it with a tire if I could). I've owned cookbooks from Alinea, El Bulli, Noma, etc. I've spent mortgages on cookbooks. Those places in which it'll take 5 years to find an ingredient and 10 years to be bumped off the waitlist for dining. But did I ever cook from them? No. Your recipes are the ones I wait for and repeatedly return to. Can't wait for your next cookbook.Take all the downtime you need. We fans of yours (diehard loyalists) will always be here. :)

    I would love to watch you just cooking live - with no jumping edits and no distraction or interaction with the audience. Just cooking and chatting - I think that would be a great format for you. But I do enjoy your show and try your recipes.

    I made this for Christmas dinner and have made it a few times for dinnerparties since... Everyone loves it and looks incredible, while honestly not being so much work :-) LOVE IT

    I loved this recipe! I used the components to make a “burger” by adding the herby sauce to both buns and added the other elements in addition to some tomato slices. Super easy and delicious. Thanks for sharing! ❤️

    I'm a proud meat eater humans born with canine teeth for a reason however this is just to let you know I watch your stuff and respect you and you have taught me a lot we have cut down on meat consumption for healthy reasons or choice not red meat at times ... I don't judge you I'm a fan! Your videos have the power to touch more than your target audience

    here is a challenge, do a grocery shopping list for a meal plan for the month with all the ingredients that someone would need (spices and dry ingredients) and the weeky meal plan and shopping list for the week. For someone that is new with indian recipes it is hard to figure out what spices the is must buys.

    I appreciate the transcript. I have a hearing disability and I am always rewinding to get the exact wording but don’t have to here! Mahalo from Hilo, Hawaii. We have a wonderful farmers market. I am on a low carb, diabetic vegan diet, to control my cholesterol without drugs, ha ha. I think this recipe is better for dietetics than pasta dishes. Like you, a vegan diet has transformed my creativity in my cooking.

    Smaller bites for tasting, my friend. But thank you for making this video..... such a joy to spend this time with you. Just a note so that you realize that the way you touch lives ripples out: I give my employees monthly bonuses if they make a recipe of my choosing. Large bonuses so that the cost of ingredients is paid for, plus cash in their hands... plus they are getting a ‘paid-for’ cooking tutorial. They love the experience and the joy of cooking. And why I’m telling you this is that most of the time I pick out one of your recipes. They LOVE the vegan experience; and since I’m a doctor... I love the healthy influence. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for being such an amazing inspiration.

    McCormicks has a Monterey Steak spice that I love on my calisteaks. Vegan and "steaky". Throw them on the grill and BAM! Xo

    I’ve been a vegan for six years this September 2024
    I eat garlic. BUT NOT LIKE
    YOU
    I eat a lot of tofu. BUT NOT
    LIKE YOU
    I have no dentures yet so I’ve learned to use my coffe mill to pulverize my nuts and seeds especially pistachio dust
    I use my salad spinner for my tofu and canned vegan beans
