GT Mach Ones are either underrated over very expensive. I raced bikes had neighborhood friends with bikes and no one had a Mach One. Performers, Freestyles, Interceptors, even Dynos were a dime a dozen.
whoa man. that was and still is my dream bike since i was a kid in grade school. i ended up with a different one in blue with different decals cuz they sold out of those. i still dream of having one of those but i couldn't afford one now. thought i'd never even see one again. there's just something about those yellow decals on that chrome frame with the black accents that got engrained in my brain as a kid. brings back a lot of old memories. makes me feel like a little kid again. amazing it's still in such good shape. it's a priceless masterpiece imo. thanks for posting it.
So I had a purple one. I was the first owner. Things I had replaced to upgrade it were the epoch headset, the GT mallet stem, the GT post clamp, and the laid back seat post. Those are mods I made and I’m not saying those weren’t stock they didn’t come on mine. Mine also had the VTG SR SP model pedals.
That thing is expensive right now, people are asking $1000 right now for the mid 90s Mach one. That thing is worth more than a grand parted out. Great score those 80s Mach Ones are not easy to find
