- Time to fix the ahem, not very good clutch that died on the MCM track day.
We're replacing it with....exactly the same brand clutch made of cheese and failure.
Okay I know. I have reasons however!
You know it's a good day when you see another BB video in your feed !!!!
Mate, looks like the wasps/hornets/flying stingybitey things love the carport area. As long as they keep to themselves I spose...
Swallows actually. Good luck to have them under your eaves apparently.
Fancy 2 piece clutch heaps of material..
problem located somewhere else for sure
The 80s montage music was fantastic 😁
The synchros in these gear boxes are not the most robust. I would recommend a good synchromesh transmission fluid as synchros are a friction device. I use amsoil synchromesh fluid, removed this issue from my 97 alto works.
Isn't AMSoil a kind of cult? Just go with Redline MT-90.
@@ChristopherHallett ive heard this but dont know where it comes from, they just dont sell at normal physical stores. Their stuff is good quality though.
Those plastic boxes seem to be pretty strong
They are. We make them here.
Was good to see it at the swarm such a little beast
Can you send over some of that spare clutch material mate? The one in my Alto is getting a bit low!
Yeah man, I have plenty!!
I hope we all get to see the gearbox rebuild.
Small gearbox or not, still a pain of a job to do solo lying down underneath the car!
Sure is.
Should of borrowed the workshop and hoist from Benny. Easier than lying on the ground.
He's about an hours drive from here and always flat out on the hoist.
Plus he'll feel obliged to help because that's the kind of guy he is and I don't want to screw up his day doing something I'm perfectly capable of doing.
Open. The new sounds like a bad throw out barring or pilot barring
