In all seriousness this is the tutorial that I promised previously, there's nothing more to be said other than just watch the video. I explain everything there. Looking back after making this it was pretty rushed and has a couple of errors but I am quite happy with it :)

Damnn it sucks that you're leaving. This tutorial really means a lot so thank you for that 🙏 I really like to see more Menza tracks to be ripped so this guide will be extremely helpful. I even contacted Mark Menza himself on a possible release of the soundtrack, he says that the producers own all the rights and that he is not allowed to distribute the tracks

I have audacity but I didn't even know about making a copy of an audio segment, and then having it line up with the original, so yes I have much to learn

One quick question,
If we don't have the dvd's , can we still make these rips ?
Yes and no. It's preferable to have the dvds since all it takes is inserting it into your pc using a disc drive, though I'm sure that there are certain sites that have the episodes with the dvd audio available to download for "free". This is what I reffered to in the video as sketchy. Up to you how to find that I ain't going to say that here. You must use the 5.1 Tokunaga or 2.0 Menza audio for my techniques to work.
Goddamn it.. I was SO onto the video, I decided to install the softwares and give it a go only to find out none of them are compatible with my notebook... 🤦♂️
