Jason, Thank you very much! I appreciate your kind words. I have more Dukes of Hazard builds coming up soon. My next build will be Boss Hogg’s 1971 Caddilac convertible. Thanks for watching. Have a blessed day! Steven 😀👍🏻
Hit a Sunday model and toy show a couple weeks ago and went a little nuts in picking up the R2 1/350 Enterprise,K7 space station, sealed Knight Rider kit and a vintage General Lee kit. Got the General unsealed for 15 bucks and sadly get the feeling it came in to my possession as a result of one of our brethren passing on as to my surprise the kit was already started with an aftermarket resin Charger body ( easily worth more than the 15 I paid) but just from the detail work on the kit with such details as individual plug wires and such makes me think that was a passion project that wouldn't just stop where it did unless something happened.
Gary, that sounds like a pretty nice collection of kits you picked up. $15 is a really good price on any kit, let alone a Dukes of Hazard General Lee. Thanks for sharing and watching my video. Have a safe and blessed weekend.

It’s a pretty good kit. Not perfect, but with a little perseverance it can turn out nice. I had to source the American Vector rims for the kit to make it look like the General Lee. The RUclips community awaits your next model build video with great anticipation. We can't wait to criticise every little detail. Who cares if it's not an award-winning model? @scalemodelcarchief built it for himself, not the rest of us. I've built plenty of models that started out really nice then turned to shit before I finished them and they ended up in thousands of pieces and full of air rifle pellets. Some of the ones I completed are not great either, but I move on and make the next one and learn from it. Sometimes you spend so long trying to get crappy parts to fit together that you give up on trying to achieve perfection and just get it done. Some of us just like to watch these videos to find out the pitfalls with a certain kit. I'm intending to make this same kit soon, and I know it will have many issues thanks to videos like this one, but I want to build a General Lee and this one has some of the features to do it, rather than having to scratch-build a bunch of parts.
