You should make a $10 challenge for note taking. You should use multiple stationary items all under $10 to create pretty notes 🙂

Good luck using American 3-ringed-nightmare-binder
Bolu Ayeni my finger got stuck in a ring binder when I was little so I never get them any more (horrible experience)
Well, currently the brush pen is about $2.50, and the Zebra sarasa is about $1.75, and the Mildliners are about $1.25 each, and a cheap notebook is about one dollar, so it's actually quite easy, about $6.50.
That's not hard, since you can buy just the one packs of the stationery and they are all under $10. For example, a pentel fude touch brush pen is $2.50, a mildliner is $1.75, and a pentel energel LRN5 refill (which is what Jasmine uses mostly) is $1.25. Correction tape is $4.45 for the Kokuyo dual head Keshipita Correction tape, and the most expenisve thing would probably be the nice paper, since I know Jasmine likes to use the Kokuyo Campus Sarasara B5 dotted line rule loose leaf paper, which costs $9.50/100 pack on Jetpens.com.

I love how minimalistic your note taking has become. But really, I like to do note taking as a form of study but had to drop it since, I've found out that it's the least efficient method. I'm doing active learning but there's still something soothing about taking down notes and the movement of pen on paper.

When I was in the 8th grade all my notes weren't actually notes because I just sat there doodling or spacing out. I didn't even start "pretty notes" until college. Crazy how much one can grow as a student with the right tools and mindset. I luv me sum pens and organization.
I really like how you’re not ‘ashamed’ of your old notes and are showing them (not that you have anything to be ashamed of, they are beautiful and I love them) I run a studygram and I’m constantly cringing at how my old notes are so bad lol. I really hope I can improve on that, and have a nice day to everyone reading this!

It’s so hard for me to take notes in History and Chemistry. I want to write so much for history and in chem my teacher has a slide full with info and yet she’s talking about something else. My notes are so sloppy in chem.

Same! But what I do is during discussion, I take my notes in not that great of a quality paper since my handwriting is barely legible. Since I mainly pay attention to what my teacher is saying, I don't have time to cross out stuff that aren't important. After class, I rewrite my notes in my notebook. This way also serves a review for me since I reread everything and I can remove the 'not so important' parts.

Dude I'm a freshman and I have a bunch of the stationery you have, even the exact same calculator lol. I would say my notes are a bit more boxy and structured cuz it's my style i guess, but it's so weird seeing what I have on screen. Love your videos :)

I reeeaallyyy love your videos and your notetaking system. I also started writing "pretty" notes on 8th grade. Now that I'm in 10th grade, I realized that I take about 2 hours to fill up a whole page. That includes reading my textbook, research more about the topic, summarize, paraphrase, highlight, and do illustrations if needed. I kind of find that a problem since I don't have all the time in the world to do that and I also have some more subjects I need to take notes for.

Umm... so you don't bring binders to school? Just the expanding file folders? Do you have one per subject or do you have everything in one big expanding file folder? Please reply. I start school in less than a month, and I really need to get organized. ;_;
I believe she does uses binders for school, but she uses a separate one for her Biology class.

Sprinkles _ muji notebooks don’t let ink seep or bleed but it can be difficult to find unless you have a muji store near you

Right, but I don't get the same experience as I would if it was live and we were studying with her. Similar to how Study Vibes live streams almost daily. It helps but I would enjoy her study videos more because we have the same aesthetic.

Marie Tate she does the headings w a brush pen, i do the same it doesn't take a long time just a few seconds after u learn how to use it! I recommend tombow fudenosuke hard tip brush pen if ur interested :)
