study tips: '
1. take breaks that don't really involve going on ur phone. i like to watch study tube videos as they're useful for the stuff i'll be doing in a few minutes, and they're all usually pretty short, so i can watch 2-3 before working again.
2. Listen to music, but listen to it on low volume. honestly, the piano soft music thing just make me tired so i find any sort of rap played on low volume helps me keep focused. i like eminem best mostly because you can hear a story within the music and has loads of complicated words :-)
3. USE SUPPLIES U LOVE. honestly my grades improved once i found a good pen (muni 0.5 capped gel pen and mildliners) because i wanted to use the stuff to their full potential by making neat notes, clear diagrams, etc.
4. reward urself
Girl make a RUclips video 😂 these tips are really good
Honestly these helped me a lotttt like ty
i think it would be better to make a video 😐
aaah!! ill definitely use these tips!!
*when you dont have a phone*
Perhaps as a future video suggestion you could do some time management tips on how to handle school work and extracurricular activities? Just a thought.
Ioana Georgiana yes!!
YEEESSSS!!
I’ve been binging ur channel and I LOVE it. You motivated me to started a study channel. I’m starting filming next week and so excited because I’m previous years, I’ve never been so passionate about studying. So thank you.
What’s your study channel?
something that will come in handy while studying will always be sticky notes because they can help in different ways such as marking extra notes in your textbook, annotating a book for a literature subject or marking the dates of exams and quizzes
some more study essentials:
1. bullet journal/calender/some sort of planning device so I can know when due dates and tests are so I'm always prepared
2. FULL study days. every week i set aside one day (usually saturday) where i go to the library from 10am-5pm and just study and get a bunch of school work done. obviously do homework/studying every night, but setting aside a day a week fully dedicated to studying makes me feel more in control and confident that i'll be able to get everything done
3. mind maps are SO useful when it comes to complex topics
4. highlighters! for assigned readings and stuff. not only is it useful for active reading and being able to identify important pieces, but it's also helpful when coming back to it later (like when cramming for a test) because you can skim it more effectively by focusing most on the highlighted areas
5. for ap classes, those ap study books are really helpful. you don't NEED them, but if you're struggling with an ap class it's definitely worth investing in one. i think the brand i have for ap gov is bannons
I love your videos. They’re pleasing and calming😊
Loving the effect of the blurry fairy lights!! great video :)
I waited all day for this!
one of the biggest study tips that i learned in eighth grade was for geography but it could most likely be applied for other classes as well. it is easier to remember something if more areas of the brain is involved, so when you study something, try to engage as many senses as possible. in the example of geography, you should not only read the name of the river (vision), but also use your finger and _point_ at the river (touch), as well as say to yourself "susquehanna river" (hearing and saying).
yay! thank you so much for this video jasmine! 😊 love you! ❤

The only thing you didn't mention that I use is index cards. I used to use them for all my vocab, but now I use them mostly for summaries of lessons, chapters, or topics. (I use Quizlet for most of my vocab now.)
I'm in france and here its midnight 😂
Yay
could you please link the spiral notebook you used to show your notes? thank u so much
Hey Jasmine! Can you provide a link to the paper and the binder you show at 0:28? Thanks and LYSM ♥️!
Hey, studyquill I would like to know where to get the binder showed at 0:34. Thanks, Love Ya!
pls make an updated what’s on my iphone ❤️
does the 30 hole paper work with regular 3-ring binders?
awesome
NO WAY! I HAVE THE SAME EXACT LAPTOP AS YOU!
Thank you so much for the video but are there any other apps instead of forest as I don't have a phone but a tablet and it doesn't allow the app on my tablet *-* anyways your videos are amazing! Thank you :)
Try searching your app store for Pomodoro timer and see what comes up :) You can even use a browser-based Pomodoro timer like tomato-timer.com/ Hope this helps!
yooo wTF THAT HI-TECH WITE-OUT LOL
Hi, I just wanted to ask, where did you get your notebook (seen 30 seconds into in this video) with the metal rings from? Thanks..
It looks like a Kokuyo Smart Ring Binder Notebook from the way the holes in the paper are arranged, though the ones I've seen usually have plastic rings, not metal ones. You could always google to see what other notebooks fit the Kokuyo paper! That could be a way to narrow down the search! :)
❤❤❤
btw it's khanacademy.org not .com (just saying)
does anyone have any ideas on how to study and learn irregular verbs better? i need to learn a lot of the german ones and i'm really struggling
Can you make a what’s on my iPhone ??

im too lazy to get up but i really want waterrrr
#NotficationSquad where you at?!?!
***Lizzie_Panda*** heeeere
are you self studying physics or taking it at school?
Forest is also an App for Android. Just wanted to say that, because you wrote in the description that it's an iOS mobile app. ^^
what grade are you in???
For math I recommend typing into Google: “Paul’s math notes” he has multiple math subjects and concise explanations!
it’s weird to be this early...
Ideas are just exploding in my heaadd i need this.
5th grade essentials comin right up 😍
Wut?? Im gonna be 11 in 5th grade.. im still 10
I have mixed feeling about quizlet. The other day i tried it out with math and it got many basic answers wrong . I dont know about other subjects but this is my personal opinion i rather prefer using khan academy.
you know, forest is on the computer as an add on
