Dear Kelly, your usage of Accord Powder (2 tablespoons) may exceed the maximum recommended quantity and can - if used often - be an issue to your kidney health (Phosphate). The manufacturer writes: "Accord powder is a blend of phosphates that is used to bind meat and retain its colour, flavour and moistness. Commonly used in sausages, meatballs and other meat products. The dosage is 0.3% of the meat weight. For example, use only 3 grams for every 1kg of meat. Spread accord evenly over meat while making emulsion. Ingredients: sodium tripolyphosphate [e451 (i) 70%, potassium polyphosphate [e452 (ii) 30%] " Alternatives are "Cutter/Chopper Process Aid", Diphosphate (E450) Lovely recipe by the way. I will try it. Greetings and thanks from Germany
I made mine meatballs yesterday but not looks good as your, and now I am trying to see how’s other are cook their and I’m surprised to see you making meatballs too! I’ll try your recipe next time. Thanks for sharing.
Hi sis. I don’t make meatballs often. It’s too much work and process. When I made this video it was my second time making it. I haven’t made since. Good luck sis. I’m here if you have questions I can help with.
Hi,I have a question you use 2T accord for 2lbs meat. In the package of accord they said only 3gr for 1kg meat.why you use that much is it ok to eat. please let me know l am very exited to make this.
Hello there. I haven’t been paying too much attention to the package as far the amount to use. The amount I’ve used is based on what I’m guessing is needed. And the meatballs turn out as what I wanted. I’ve finished the meatballs that I made that day within two days. So yes it’s okay to eat and very delicious. If you feel uncomfortable to put the amount I’ve used try following the package amount. Please let me know how that turns out. You can also substitute accord powder with baking powder. My tips after trying it out at least 2x before getting it right is making sure your mixture is as smooth as you can get it to be and make sure it is chilled. Good luck. I’m here if I can assist with anymore of your questions.
Omg, sis I’m sorry. Usually the one I get is pretty short. Thank you sis for putting up with that long ad. 😁🥰 I totally understand if anyone skips it bc some are way too long. At times, you just want to get to the video. Do you make beef meatball too sis? I didn’t get it the way I wanted until the second time around.
Luk Lao USA No problem on the commercial sis. I heard that if you skip the commercial you don’t get the money. Yes I do make beef meatballs but I usually buy the ground beef short cut 😁😁😁Are usually use tapioca flour and then meatball powder if I don’t have the meat ball powder I just use tapioca flour and baking powder
You can but make sure it’s lean as possible. I’ve tried ground beef but didn’t like the turnout. Maybe bc I didn’t check out fat content closely. Tip to getting good turnout is be sure the mixture is really smooth and chilled. Enjoy cooking and hoping you have best turnout.
I’ve learned from numerous attempts in getting that light/bouncy and smooth meatball is making sure the mixture is cold/chill at all time. That is why I add ice to keep the mixture cold. The blender do get warm the longer you used it.
Do you mean teaspoon for most of the ingredients, as i see you are using a teaspoon. Also, if you put too much ice in, doesn't make the paste runny, hence the meat ball soft and not firm.
It’s tablespoon it just looked small in the video. If you used teaspoon you won’t get much flavor especially if you have to add ice to the mixture. No, the mixture won’t get runny bc you’re not adding a lot just small amount to keep mixture cold.
Hello sis 😁 I used to do with the pork too. And I think I like it better. The texture is smoother and more firm. The beef meatball comes out really good when fried though. 😉
Lia Bernard honestly, I’m not sure myself. I haven’t played with the recipe using tapioca starch. With that said, I don’t think it will have significance turnout. Whenever I make a soup and need to thicken the broth. I used either starches and still have the same turn out. Thanks
My entire family I’ve never seen them make meatballs from scratch and we are the ocean, so this is really really nice to see lol
wooh! I buy these meat ball alot! Now I can make them myself! You are a life saver!
thanks so much for sharing this!! Cant wait to try it!

Wow! I was looking for an authentic Lao/Thai sweet chili sauce. I love this so easy I’ll be trying it 💖💖💖
I never knew the process was so time consuming. I'll appreciate my meatballs much more ❤
I agreed. That’s why I don’t make often or when I do I make enough to last me long time.
Thanks for your recipe.😁
Hi dear sister; you very nice cooking; I love all menu you cooked 😍😍😍👍👍👍👏👏👏🙏
Good afternoon from USA dear sis.
Thank you sis for always leaving a kind comment. 🥰
I like your knife, where did you buy that?
Made yesterday yummy but a tad bit salty .. I'm thinking salt is teaspoon instead of tablespoon.. n I cooked it for 30 mins .. it's kinda pink still
Hi friend. Thank you for sharing your turnouts. Yes, my taste tends to be little salty for some people. Glad you’re able to adjust to your liking.
Thanks
How many g for 2tbsps ?

how many cups is your food processor?
👍👍👍 Very nice very good 👍👍👍
Can you use ground beef from Costco?
You can but make sure it’s lean as possible. I’ve tried ground beef but didn’t like the turnout. Maybe bc I didn’t check out fat content closely. Tip to getting good turnout is be sure the mixture is really smooth and chilled. Enjoy cooking and hoping you have best turnout.
Top vedio echt Chef kok veiligheid
Look so yummy 😀😁😃
Why does it have to be cold when it’s in the blender when it’s going in the freezer afterwards?
I’ve learned from numerous attempts in getting that light/bouncy and smooth meatball is making sure the mixture is cold/chill at all time. That is why I add ice to keep the mixture cold. The blender do get warm the longer you used it.
Ty so much!
What setting do you use when running the meat in the processor? Is it chop or purée?
Jessica Silakhom purée, the smoother the mix the better turnout
u r a delight! hope i can make this YUM meatballs .thanks girlfriend!

sokun thearith I used vegetable oil to keep the meat mixture from sticking to your hand. Thanks.
@@kellyphrommala7898 ok much thanks sister 🙂
sokun thearith you’re welcome! Have a wonderful day. 😁
Hi sis. I make this one at home too. But I used pork. 👍
Hello sis 😁 I used to do with the pork too. And I think I like it better. The texture is smoother and more firm. The beef meatball comes out really good when fried though. 😉
Hi, what is the difference using between potatoes starch and tapioca starch for the meatballs?
