Hi Trang. I made this last weekend and it was a huge success. It's so much easier than the way my mom used to make it (with a cotton cloth over a steam bath). My family loved it and couldn't get enough of it. Thank you so much! Now they think I'm a great cook when I'm really not. Haha!

Thank you so much. I have tried many times before and failed making it. Today I successfully made it with your recipe and tricks that you mentioned in the video. Thanks again.

Hi Trang, thank you for sharing this video! I followed your recipe and the banh cuon came out perfectly. I was very surprised at how authentic the banh cuon turned out -- taste and texture -- given that it was made with a frying pan instead of the traditional steamer. Your recipes are the best!

+Nam Nguyen Hi Nam, I am so happy to hear you were successful with making banh cuon. Awesome job! I like the traditional steamer but over the years I've found it to be much easier and faster using the frying pan and so it's a good compromise. Thanks for stopping back to share your results. :)

4:30 I love how you give advice about how to cook the batter. It's so easy to mess up.
