Thank you
Very healthy way to cook
Thanks
Wow, I’ve never seen anyone boil some and pour it back. I will have to try this trick! Because I always have issue with my texture!
It helps keep the rice rolls softer longer.
Hey let's put some fried spam on top. Oh yeahhhhh
Im going to try this out this weekend. I have tried using the packages premixed ones but they dont work for me. Your recipe seems a lot easier
Sounds great, hope you like it.
Hey so what if you dont take a portion out to cook? Will it make a difference?? Never seen it done that way
Hi, to me it makes a big difference on texture and quality of the crepes if placed in refrigerator overnight. It last longer in refrigerator keeping the same texture.
Can ibeat the whole plate!!!! PLEEZ!!!!
Hmm thanks for letting me know this can be made in a crepe pan.. I always thought it had to be steamed over water etc kinda like how Chinese make the steam prawn rice rolls. Wonder how the texture to this is… looks good though
Hi, the texture is similar but using the crepe pan makes the texture a bit dryer that’s all. Still yummy.
Do you have a video how to make the sauce for fawm kauv too?
I like this sauce with my fawm cauv.

This is the easiest recipe of all the rice noodles i have been seeing.
I’m glad to hear.
👍👍👍🙏❤🌹🌹🌹
Can u please put the ingredients on the description pls
Hi, description box updated.
Whats are the green ones? Ty
The flour/starch or what are you referring to?
May I know how much a cup of water in ml for the batter? Is it 250ml?
Quick Google search tells me, that’s good enough.
Yes
Did you had to brush oil on the Tint foil?
Hi, I did not. There’s oil in the batter so it doesn’t stick on the foil. If you find that it is sticking you can lightly brush the foil with oil.
@@ZoeyandVFam thank you. I will try this recipe.
Where did you get your pan from?
I got it from a Korean store in town. I see it available on Amazon and ikea. Look up crepe pan.

Can you tell me what is the benefit for step 2? I see a lot of recipe do step 2 but I also see a lot of recipe that don't do step 2 either. Thnx
Hi,
Step 2 is using a method similar to Tangzhong which is a cooked gelatinous mixture of liquid and flour. This step helps make the crepes softer and stay fresh longer especially if left in the refrigerator overnight.
@@ZoeyandVFam I never knew that. Thank you.

Where can I get a crepe pan like yours?
You can check on Amazon, I’m sure they sell it. 10” or 8” or 6” crepe pan whichever size you prefer.

Can you deep fry them once wrapped?
You probably can, but I’m not sure how they will taste as I’ve never fry them before.
@@ZoeyandVFam ok
Did you grease the foil that your wrapping on?
Hi, I don’t. It’s not needed since the batter already has oil added.
I have a small family, can you remeasure the amount for like a 5-6 person family? This recipe is too much. Or what’s the measurement for half of this recipe?? It’s too much for my family
You can do half the ingredients.
Speak Hmong please
Sorry I speak in English so others can understand.
So confusing….Omg
Sorry, what’s your questions?
I can't flip it off the pan!!!!!
Hi, make sure your using a nonstick pan/griddle. You can add a few tiny drops of vegetable oil on the pan then use a napkin to rub the oil around to pan so it’s very thinly coated with oil. Do this the first time and seldomly throughout making the crepe. Hopefully this helps.
Where did you get your pan from?
I bought from a local Asian store but you can check on Amazon for crepe pan 8”.
