    How to Make Pho Beef Ball
    Asian beef balls consist of ground beef with some seasonings. The seasoning ground beef has to be blended into very fine paste texture so we can shape it into bite side meet balls.
    ✔️ Ingredients and recipe
    ▪️ Lean Ground Beef - 500g
    ▪️ Salt - 1/2 Tsp
    ▪️ Sugar - 2 Tsp
    ▪️ Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
    ▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tsp
    ▪️ Fish Sauce - 2 Tsp
    ▪️ Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
    ▪️ Corn Starch - 2 Tbsp
    ▪️ Ice Cold water - 1 Tbsp
    ▪️ Ice Cubes - 2x

    thank you for this guide since I was craving meatballs, I also tried this with ground pork for the first time and I added a bit of beef boullion powder besides chicken powder to make it tasty.

    Awesome video, at 4:55 you grabbed too much haha, the balls looked huge. I saw a video of another women doing similar and she said big balls dont cook as well as small balls, i dont know if true or not.

    I usually don’t like these in pho restaurants. They tend to have flavors I associate with tasting “dirty”, and the texture is too springy and firm. I think I’ll try this recipe to see if homemade fixes it.
