    This home is the ultimate city estate! I would get lost in it, and I’d probably lose my husband too! Think about having small children, and they decide to play hide and seek… you probably wouldn’t find them until they were 21! 😂😂 Timothy, it is absolutely beautiful, and would be fabulous for someone in the market for an estate home in the city. The kitchen is amazing. The master bedroom is amazing. The house is amazing. Thank you so much for letting us tour with you.

    With a massive price tag like that I would expect the closet in the ground floor guest suite to be finished out and mirror in the outdoor bathroom, yes stunning home but a 4 million + price tag should have the basic finishes included. 🤷‍♀️

    I absolutely love everything about this home! OMG 😲 There are so many ideas that I could come up with. I love the pool area, how they got the walk way. Who says you can't walk on water. There are so cool colors throughout this home. Also, I just love how everything just blends right in, like the refrigerator. I can't believe it even has an elevator in this home.

  • @Hankitect
    @Hankitect Год назад +1

    The stairhall with the large windows in the front of the home would be a perfect space for a Stienway piano. itd look great from outside and inside. it would be aesthetically pleasing, as well as provide great acoustics for entertaining.

  • @FireCracker3240
    @FireCracker3240 Год назад +3

    Yeah, I'm not sure about this one. I realize this is in a more urban location, but the outdoor space is a bit dark due to all of the patio overhangs, the pool is too small and I don't think there are enough ceiling lights on the first floor to compensate for the lack of natural light being blocked out by the pool patio area. For the price, I would prefer much more unobstructed views from all the windows. For this price point, a large, open patio and pool with plenty of sunlight along with a shaded area too) would be a must for me. I love the size of the kitchen but also don't love the combination of gray and natural wood. It should be either warm or cool, and this is a bit of both which I don't think works. I do, however, love the master suite and bath on the second floor. And the elevator is genius.

  • @msjuicycouture22
    @msjuicycouture22 Год назад +4

    Hey Tim 👋🏽 Happy hump day! This is nice. Too close to neighbors for that price. Imma need a few acres with that price providing some PRIVACY!
    Other than that, love the elevator. Older ppl can get around the home. No limitations. I love that when I think of my knees 😂 and my dad. The grandparent suite on the main is nice and convenient. The office spaces are actually apart of the 8 bdrm count. Which I'd probably use for guests staying over since they are smaller than the three secondary bdrms on the 2nd floor. The owners suite is BEAUTIFUL. The size is what I need. I dislike ALL of the closet spaces! They are too small. For even a baby's room. The basement I'd black out and make a theater space... Bottom line is if I could afford to build a home, the elevator is the main thing I'd make sure to have in my home and land is the other. This lot is too small. Thank you and your family for taking the time to show us this home.

    I love all the windows on the front of the home and the grandness of the entry area! I'm with you on the first floor primary suite as either a guest or parent's suite. It's interesting how multi - generation housing options have come back. My grandparents' house had a second on the back and enough space in the main house that several of my dad's siblings lived there with their spouses and families until they had saved enough for their own homes! The elevator would not only be convenient but also allow elders to age in place more easily. I loved the windows in the kitchen and the feeling of spaciousness the lower number of over the counter shelving units gave that area. There certainly was no lack of cabinetry either. Love pot fillers--they're such a convenient feature! The pool would make a great koi pond. Lots of possibilities for this place!

    Loved the house! The only thing bad about it it doesn't have no front yard backyard no type of curb appeal looks like a condo which ain't bad you show some great condos. You showed a house a while back that was 4.5 million and I made a comment about that house was not worth no 4.5 million and now you show this one and its 4.9 look at the difference between both homes it's just a world of difference I know you have nothing to do with the pricing enjoy watching your videos I know I'm always a dollar short and a day late watching your videos love what you doing need to find more homes with catwalks I just love them keep up the good work

    Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful home. In the city I'm not too fond of. But, with all those rooms and hallways and doors I'd get lost. Talk about a place you could, literally have 20 family members living all in 1 place and STILL have room...unless they all want to putt or be in the pool at once. I was getting confused with every turn, and I bet you were, too. Indiana Jones would be needed to find me in there...LOL. One would expect to find Jimmy Hoffa in there...and being close to the ATL who knows. Take care Timothy, from Timothy in Alabama.
