That room by the mud room would be great for another fridge or freezer or both, and storage of bulk items, like bottled drinks, TP, and post-Costco runs. Lots of storage in the house, but the dining area is a bit small, preventing you from having a large table. I do like the house.
Lovely home! The one thing I would change is to remove the half-wall and glass between the master shower and bathtub, and just enclose the front side of that whole area with glass panels to make it a single shower room with the tub in it. Aesthetically, that concept has always worked for me. That and the ceiling-mount shower head needs to be bigger.
In that little room I would put in a library, nothing crazy and a really comfy reading chair. What a great little hide out to read a book and sip on tea or coffee.
This home, Timothy, is really nice!! It has a modern style with a touch of customized features!! Every room has a certain kind of flair and a great look!! You really did good with this one!! Thank You!!❤😊
That little room would be great as a downstairs play room. I keep my kids on the same floor with me. I’d store all the toddler toys in there so I wouldn’t have to hike those stairs with toys each night;)
Nice house🥰. The room off of the mud room, according to the plans it says it’s supposed to be a pantry. I agree with you with the snake story, I can’t do snakes or mice lol.
Beautiful home...The room in the back could be an office and the master bathroom they could of extended the glass wall to include the tube in the shower in my opinion 😀
Tgats a beauty full home thank you for showing and the kitchen is my favrite love everything about the kitchen take care and god bless Best regards anja
I looked at the floor plan again and it looks like they chopped the mud room in half and created that tiny room. It would be perfect for a small office, reading nook or bulk storage.
Those stairs outside are crazy! I was thinking that ok you can bypass the stairs and exit out the lower level , but that’s not even finished! Who wants to go into the twilight zone to reach the back yard, but even if you did ,there are still more stairs to go down!! Wow the house is beautiful but ….no.
Nice home but I didn't like the master room closest so far away from the room.. I would hate having to go thru the bathroom to the closest etc but otherwise love it
I like this place. I wish I could lay the second floor plans over the first floor so I could see the relative location of spaces. To do what I'm thinking I'd have to lose one of the front bedrooms to get an Elevator in there yet keep that great stairway. Make the rest of the lost bedroom a sitting area. You'd still have three bedrooms upstairs and then a common area. You have a whole walkout basement to put a bedroom or two if needed for a huge family. Shoot, just for myself I'd actually not need the second floor. Just go into the walkout basement for an extra couple bedrooms.
I finally have to say it, been biting my tongue for a long time, why do builders/designers put the refrigeration units and the ovens right up against each other? The heat of the oven causes the refrigerator to work harder causing it to use more power and and wear out faster. I'll save my gripes about plumbing for another day.
I Love this house. Check's every box for me. But I'm confused on the room off the mud room on the floor plan its all mud room so idk but it's nice to have. Hope you had a great time in Kansas. Hope you come back soon.. on with you on Snake 🐍 yuck.
It may be just me (so ignore if so) but is there another camera lens/view you could use on your tours? We’ve been watching a ton of your videos for a move/new build planned for next spring and they are very helpful but the room sizes, hallways, etc. seem very distorted so you can’t really get a true feeling of the size or space.
An internal laundry room? Where does the exhaust go? Your clothes will take forever to dry. Why do they design like this? Stick the laundry in the mud room, for petey's sake.
I irks my nerves when people use the word "KINDA" to describe definites/absolutes. Ex: The staircase doesn't KINDA wrap up. It definitely wraps up. Therefore you should describe the staircase as a wrap around staircase.

I agree. A lot of these homes have small dining rooms. Wouldn't work for our family.
I'd use the small room as a pet bedroom. Looks perfect for a kennel.
That's what I told my daughter. We'd make that the kitty room.
Sewing room!

That small room is a great craft room, home office, or home school room
Yes!

This is a beautiful home.
I really like the proportions of each designated space.
That extra little room next to the garage would be great for a craft room or to put a freezer. Very nice house.
Gorgeous!, definitely a winner in my book. Checks off all the boxes. Nice find. Ty!
Yesss!

The resolution is way better now, nice Tim!

My favorite home you have toured

I love this beautiful spacious home
All I can say is I LOVE IT!!!!!
You can use that room for the vacuum cleaner and brooms/mops and cleaning products.
Lol Tim I saw outlets in that room. I am going to put my red light therapy bed in there. lol I don't have one but I would get one for this house
Very very nice!
I really liked the layout of this home! The only downside was the lack of windows in the upstairs bedrooms, would like more.
The small empty room, I would make it my prayer room.
Timothy, there are more than one Gold Pick Of The Parade during the showcase. There was one in Lee's Summit by SAB Homes. Just FYI
Extra room for Extra refrigerator or Freezer, put beams in primary ceiling

Beautiful home but I’d prefer the lot not be so sloped.

Agreed!

Nice home but don't like having to be so far up from the yard.

Does the basement have a basement? 😉
😂😂
2:00 in and all I can think is that I’d be sliding down that staircase daily.
Maybe an elevator could fit in the mystery room space or it could always make a great grow room 😂
"conversate" 😂
I'd put a deep freezer in that room and an extra fridge for storage of food. Especially when i buy half a cow from the butcher.
Kitchen is missing a pot filler
I wonder how did the snake get in there

It has a vent in the wall. Nowadays you can get ventless dryers that use a heat pump to dry clothes faster than the old style dryers.
