That cabinet in the pantry is for your brooms and mops. Finally a home with a stunning primary. Love the home and giving me great ideas for my future home. Great job going into all the details.
This is an incredible home and the location cannot be beat. It’s still being finished so little things like the fireplace nails will clearly be completed before it’s sold. I would love to be able to live in a home like this and walk out to that amazing pool and back yard. Certainly the sacrifice for living so close to SouthPark and uptown is having neighbors near by. Amazing house, the family that buys it will really enjoy it.
Love this house. It’s nice to see a different outlay. A lot of the houses you show seem to have the same floor plan. The only thing I’m not keen on is that the house is overlooked from every angle and that’s a big negative. 😅
A nice full bath for an office ? Lots of floor space seems to invite inefficient use of that space space, it seems. The upstairs laundry room doesn't have a floor pan + drain. Even though the local building codes may not require it, I consider it a super-smart thing to have.
Happy new year Timothy nice home, but I would like to see the inside of the refrigerator and also the bathroom had extra storage that would’ve been nice to see just briefly
Love the floors and wide open spaces. Great layout. Detached garages are fine in good weather. What do you do when you get home in the pouring rain or 90+ degree heat and you have to unload groceries or purchases from a big box store? Should be a second dishwasher in pantry. Window over soaking tub with neighbor’s view of the tub is not cool. Need lots of window coverings.
Great pick to start the year out right, a lot of cool details in the house. And a great walk-thru, you didn’t seem rushed and you were able to get a good look at every detail in the house.
I love the use of the different tiles throughout the home! Some very pretty ones! Light and bright inside with all of those windows. The no uppers in the kitchen makes it look so much bigger! Love the color of the cabinets in the pantry! The patio and pool areas were beautiful. It surprised me that the garage was only for two cars and didn't include space for an RV or something. For me, the spice rack wouldn't be anywhere big enough -- I need a whole cupboard for that! 😅
overall, Strong Design and Layout & Like the Window Light, but builder-designer should have addressed privacy for owners and neighbors. Opaque windows in some bathroom locations are possibilities and indeed called-for. Great Kitchen & Pantry
Happy New Year Tim! I hope Jen is doing well as you prepare for little Piper. This home was ok. For $3.25 million. I prefer the garage attached for easier entry/exit. I'm not sure how I feel about this property. The exterior was nice, the foyer was different & I kind of liked it. The rest of the home was a little underwhelming for me.
A lovely home but the front door would drive me up the wall, if you’re going to have strips of any sort it would be better to align them all up. Also there is no privacy glass that I could see in any of the bathrooms and that would be such a simple swap out. The tour was great, it’s good to see you back and I wish you and your family a wonderful 2025. 🎉
Tall narrow cabinet space DUH 'Mr. I never do the cleaning' All the builders who never consider a place for cleaning supplies and floor mops, vacs etc.
I enjoyed the videos that had five homes on it, even though I’ve seen a couple of them already. Have one comes out stating it’s been six hours only but I had seen it two weeks ago that I don’t care for.
How is it okay for a $3.2 million dollar "showcase" model home to have such blatantly poor craftsmanship/quality control! 2.5 minutes into the video shows a fireplace mantel riddled with dozens of nail-holes!! Have they heard of a thing called putty? I'm left shaking my head in disbelief. 🥴
There are not enough good finish carpenters. Just rough framers tying to do finish carpentry. I see it all of the time. and clients select the low bidder and expect the best. What could go wrong.
indeed, i had noticed one tiny “oops” in the 1st room to the right as Mr. Livingston did the tour.. ..to where a very tiny gap was thus filmed, one small space from the wall around the pretend chimney & its attached decorative mantle. Thought that this shouldn’t have been overlooked in the finish work…. 🧐👁️👁️
Hallways are way too narrow. Should be 40 inches minimum some are 50 inches. Can you see a wheelchair or a walker trying to wend their down a way too narrow hallway. Definitely not Ada compliant
The layout is very wonky in my op. The windows across the front are glorious, begging for a huge Christmas tree, but no....there is a staircase cutting it right in half, throws off the view looking out as well. It needs to be somewhere else, maybe in the wasted hallway leading to the master. Lots of wasted space, and I don't just mean too big, I mean the flow is wrong. The finishes are lovely. I like how each bedroom suite is unique.
@@RP-fx6hj He repeats every sentence for all homes he goes through. Listen. I have cut out watching most of his videos, or fast forward through them Very tired of hearing about spice drawers....

For three million, I want the Garage to be attached! 🤪 Plus, I need a basement and larger property.
❤Nice home, didn’t like seeing the neighbors from every window though. Great tour as usual Tim!
I’d say that cupboard in the pantry is for the broom and mop
The master bdrm seems kinda small to me for a 3 million dollar home

Detached garages are awful try unloading a car of groceries etc when raining!
Don’t fancy having a bath when all the neighbours can see 😂….why isn’t the window frosted ?

I love this home! Wouldn’t change a thing! Colors and materials are beautiful and the flow is very nice!

Love the cabinets with the slide out shelves!!! Every detail meticulously covered. BEAUTIFUL!
Happy new year Tim beautiful home 🏠

Que casa tan hermosa y me gusta por muestras cada Rincón de la propiedad gracias por compartir tus videos te mando muchos saludos de stockton ca.
In the pantry, I would put my broom and dustpan and vacuum cleaner in the space with the first door that you opened.
The way you break things down makes everything feel attainable. It’s a great reminder that growth is a journey, not a destination.
I would make the area beneath the stairs into a dog's room...like The Golden Teddy on AGuyandhis Golden.

Do you not use privacy glass in bathrooms in the States? That office shower room is pretty public!
There’s no way I would spend that kind of money for my neighbors to be right on top of me. Zero privacy in the backyard!

Happy New Year, Tim! Nice house
Really nice layout!
Great house!
I would never have a window over my bathtub, but it seems that happens in every house.
Blinds exist for a reason. With a window, you have privilege to choose.
Without a window, it’s chosen for you.
Timothy found some part of the country not currently drenched in snow or on fire. 😊
Except a hurricane came through a month or so ago and people are still living in tens.
The outdoor fireplace should be a 2 way /see thru fireplace so you can enjoy it from the patio off the master bedroom
"Craft and Barrow"--------- Is this the apparel division of "Crate and Barrel"?
For 3.2 million I feel the home could have a one or
Two flex rooms. The primary bedroom seem a little small

Narrow hallways too. Moving would be a nightmare.
Accessibility issue!
Awesome tour! Happy New Year.
Tile with grout behind the stove is a big fail for cleaning.
No Floorplan? 😞
Can they build me this house in Florida? I’m all in. Great house! ❤
Happy New Year Tim!

A house this size and this pricy should have at least a three car garage, but a four car garage would be best!
Hello, I often watch your videos but will it be possible to give more info on things like baseboard size, wall colors, wood flooring
I enjoyed the videos that had five homes on it, even though I’ve seen a couple of them already. Have one comes out stating it’s been six hours only but I had seen it two weeks ago that I don’t care for.
TIMOTHY?? THIS IS A MUST-SEE MANSION!! WELL MADE AND THE INTERIOR IS TO DIE FOR, SO LARGE AND IN CHARGE!! IT'S ALREADY A FAVORITE TO START OUT 2025!!
Think that cabinet in butler's pantry is for your Swiffer.

I’d say, based on the building supplies and painters tape still present, the home isn’t completely finished yet.
😂😂 right trash ✨🗑️

Open to all your neighbours. 👀
could you ask what color the pantry is?
3.25 million dollars with that doorbell lol. I know it can be changed but it was a funny introduction for me lol
It's a pretty pantry but id rather have all shelves . Just more practical to me.
A 3.5Mhome with detached garage, that's a no go.
A 3+ millón dollar home with only a 2 car garage. Brilliant

Anybody notice the nail holes in both mantles that weren’t filled in. Doesn’t feel like $3.25 M.
No yard and no privacy. No thanks. Nice laundry room though.
Appliances are paneled, not panelized 😂
It holds stiffer sweepers, Brooms, electric floor cleaners, fly swatters, stuff for real homeowners. Ha!
For that much money I don't want my neighbors surrounding me that closely. You have zero privacy in your own backyard.
I love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There's just too many windows.
Neighbors too close.
$3mil for a detached garage that's not even covered? And you can see your neighbors? And it's on Charlotte, NC?
Not worth it.
Lovely home. Horrid views. Unattached garage.
Just not a fan of this house. Layout, etc.
Nice home but not worth $3.25M
TRASH 😭😆🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️ TOO HIGH 😅😅
