I am a real estate agent in Raleigh, NC and I had the opportunity to tour this home in person during the Parade Homes and it is really a beautiful home 🥰♥️ one of the best floor plans I’ve seen!
They really did an outstanding job with their interiors - both floor plans and decorating. Master bath medicine cabinet would often be referred to as an “apothecary tower or cabinet” and the flames at the pool would typically be called “fire bowls” in my area (FL).
Wow. I love the interior of this home. It flows very well, has nice decor and an awesome back yard. I’m not crazy about the exterior look of the home. The industrial/office building style isn’t for me, but I’ll take everything else
I normally don't like modern but this one I LIKE!!! I think the décor and the semi open concept makes it feel a little more cozy than most modern homes I've seen. I'd love to live in this one🤣🥰.
I toured this home. IMO, this is the best butler's pantry/scullery that I've seen in a while. It had a lot of practicality and it's easy to imagine it being effectively used. The one thing that I'd do is move both dishwashers into this space and do all of the dish cleaning away from the open plan.
I loved the butlers pantry as well I'd just adjust them to be pull out shelves just because everyone hates reaching to the back someday to find what u need 😅
@@SauloMogiwhat kind of person asks such a question? Huge homes are a thing in the USA. If people can afford it and want a huge home so be it. That’s like asking why someone needs a Mercedes when you can drive a Kia.
And they all have so many bedrooms. American families are smaller than ever. Maybe a second home for a (wealthy) young gramma and grampa hoping to have all the children and grandchildren come visit at once.
It's called gentrification of the middle class. You buy oversized over priced trucks instead of cars, so they're doing the same with housing. The rich in 10 million dollar homes, downsize and move into your neighborhoods that you can no longer afford.
Impressive home! I will say though, that I would not like a wet room that big in the primary suite. I feel like a shower area that big would feel drafty, and I'd like to see some kind of a bench in there too.
I hate the front of the house and its design. This is a real miss in terms of modern architecture-looks like a dressed up office building. Everything else is great.
Love your videos....but for the love of all that is holy, please say "FOY-YAY" rather than "FOY-YER". I think my hubby's going to have a heart attack screaming "FOYER" (pronounced correctly, as it is a French word) at the screen as we watch.
it's not homey enough for me as it seems to lack warmth. I know many people like the industrial/office look. I do like the size of the home & the many amenities it offers; but, I'd like it better if it was more traditional. I do like the various tours you provide us as they inspire me. Thank you!
Like most of this , don’t like views of neighbors would expect an elevator. Would like a vanity in master bath , a fireplace in MBedroom and a private balcony off master
Touring so many homes, seems like a good way to never be satisfied with the one you've got. Just like partners, in a world where "alternatives" are just an app away. Sometimes "options" can, and will ruin your life.
Love the windows in the master bedroom and like having a staircase that doesn't exit into the great room. I don't like the black windows and doors; it looks too commercial building to me.
Tim love ya but who is going to clean a huge house like this ? NO way am I having cleaners in my home ! This is a home for someone who lives there part time lol. Or a huge family . lol❤

All that money yet still in a typical street overlooked by other properties, lol!
Master bedroom needs access to the outside deck 💯
I would so put a waterfalls in the entrance with a wrap around rock bench❤
Beautiful home!!That backyard is awesome!
Living room that close to kitchen No way!!!
Lovely home with the exception of the carpet upstairs.

The exterior is definitely modern, but the interior I would say is transitional, combining modern and traditional elements. Very nice blend of styles.
I normally don't like modern but this one I LIKE!!! I think the décor and the semi open concept makes it feel a little more cozy than most modern homes I've seen. I'd love to live in this one🤣🥰.
For a large home it has a good flow.

What kind of person are you that need this humongous house? I can't wrap my mind on this

I'm more of a traditional home lover but this home was absolutely stunning. Very nice.
Love the two-landing lighted stairwell! Excellent design!
Wine room waste of space for us. I'm sure some people love them though. Id opt out of it though.
I'm from Brisbane Australia . Love Star home's. But I love the whole style of this home . Thank you showing us these wonderful home's .😊
Pivot door is attractive but what I’m not crazy about is the extra space where smaller pets can sneak through. Especially if you have cats.
I like this home a lot!
Absolutely stunning!!!!
Beautiful home!
Hi Timothy and team
Hope all is going well and Jen, Piper and your boys are healthy and mostly excited for the Christmas Season.
🎄❤😊
Who's buying all these multimillion dollars houses?
RALEIGH = Relocated And Local Engineers In Giant Houses.
Exactly!
And they all have so many bedrooms. American families are smaller than ever. Maybe a second home for a (wealthy) young gramma and grampa hoping to have all the children and grandchildren come visit at once.

I am. Sorry
It's a beauty.
Modern isn’t my style but I do like the house it isn’t just a white block like the homes in LA that I see on the realtor shows. This has some warmth.
Nice , five million dollars and No elevator , as well as No where to put one in , 😮
Impressive home! I will say though, that I would not like a wet room that big in the primary suite. I feel like a shower area that big would feel drafty, and I'd like to see some kind of a bench in there too.
Front door could be dangerous with little ones
Holy moly, that master bath! Yes please! Why can't we find those features in smaller homes that I **wouldn't** have to win the lottery to afford? 😄
One thing I detest....a stairway as you walk in front door. Rest is gorgeous
W😍W!
My opinion, I believe this is the far most Beautiful!
I would be blowing up the floor plan and this isn't worth $5 million IMO
Next time someone visits this model, would you do a favor for me and center that bench in front of the wood panels by the entrance? Thanks in advance😂
I hate the front of the house and its design. This is a real miss in terms of modern architecture-looks like a dressed up office building. Everything else is great.
Just not really feeling this home, but I appreciate you showing us. Some nice features, but overall wouldn't choose this home.
Please identify the bed size in each BR. TYSM
Who does the cleaning?

Wait or hosting glamorous dinner parties
Isn't that main bathroom called a Japanese Bath?
😮
Too much gray
This looks like an apartment building. Gross.

Way too much money to be crowded in on your neighbor like that and it's probably an HOA which makes it suck
Yo Timothy, I think you need to back down from the 1.25M homes and above.
Tim love ya but who is going to clean a huge house like this ? NO way am I having cleaners in my home ! This is a home for someone who lives there part time lol. Or a huge family . lol❤
If you can afford a house like this, I can assure you that you wouldn't be cleaning it yourself.
I don’t like that thing in the doorway, the “art.” It looks like a monster from the outside and a dead buffalo from the inside.
