Thank you, great tour! I like it when you start the inside tour from the front door, hope you don't change! I wish more home tour channels would follow your lead. It is nice to see what the home looks like from the street too, a surprising number of other real estate channels don't. It is easier to get a "feel" for the home, and make sense of the layout when you start from the front like you do, and then show the "family" entrance when you show us the kitchen and the casual living areas.
Between the main level and the 2nd floor, you've found the perfect home for me. You really outdone yourself this Mr. Livingston. I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love everything about this place. There's nothing I wouldn't change about it.❤❤❤❤❤
AND WHAT A KITCHEN IT IS!! SO BIG SPACIOUS AND LOVELY!! NICE FEATURES!! ROOMY AND STYLISH!! JUST AMAZING!! THANK YOU TIMOTHY!! YOU SURE BROUGHT IT THIS TIME!!
Couldn't agree more! That hideous "grey on grey" look has been done to death, to the point where it is beyond passé! Plus, you know it's seriously "out" when Walmart starts selling the look...
I Think coming through the front door is imperative, let's you know what the house looks like to you as first time person looking at it and what all your visitors will see.
The next u have to travel to another place or states u have to pack for winter or warm weather. U never know what going to happen with the weather it's better to be safe than sorry. Baltimore MD 😊
Nice craftsman look on the outside! but not so much on the inside (which is a miss IMO). Still a very nice house and looks really comfortable but I am not seeing the $650+/sq ft value in this one even given MN being overpriced.
I believe the master should be on first floor. Ovens in kitchen, do not like in butler’s pantry. master should have a fireplace. access to attic, walk out for attic. Attic lift.
The wallpaper in the half bathroom the front of the house don't like. The room from the kitchen l would called it a sunroom. The is nice if you want all that space but I wouldn't need all that spaces. Happy holidays to u and your family and friends l hope ur Thanksgiving was good 👍 Baltimore MD 😮
The home is beautiful. The bulters pantry is way cool. But I'm in the minority when it comes to the actual kitchen. I think it's awful. It looks like they finished the house and realized they'd forgotten to put in a kitchen so they just plunked down a stove and counter top in the middle of the living room.😢
all these homes you have been showing are out of touch with me and probably some of the other viewers. No way can i afford a house over $1 million in my lifetime. But it is nice to dream.
Super sorry, but it can't be considered a "formal living room" when it has the kitchen in it... In the real world, cooking creates a certain degree of ... um ... "disarray" no matter how ocd one might be, or how efficient professional caterers are (actually they are quite messy behind the scenes during service). In this awkward layout your guests can see, hear, and smell everything. I'd reconfigure the layout to have a kitchen/family room in back, separate from the formal living/dining room, and I most definitely would not have the ovens in the butler's pantry! (which would be turned to face the new location of the kitchen).
Thank you, great tour!

Yes. This will do!
It's good to notice that designers are moving away from the all grey interiors in this lovely home. Am SO done with the grey! x

Yor are so complete in showing these homes, so appreciate that about your videos! Not one of my favs but always fun😊

That is my favorite office yet. And I love the kitchen and pantry
I like this home especially the basement ❤
Ok this is a great home love it❤
Ee-dine-ah, upper Midwest.
I was so confused until you said this. Cake eaters.
Love this home god bless besg regards anja
Tim, thanks for another great home tour. Do you remember which home you toured had the under counter dog wash, that folded up?
Love it love it❤
E Die nuh, Minnesota 😉
Or just “Somaliasota”
@@minipandora22not in Edina. They won’t allow that trash there.
Gorgeous 😊
Craftsman is my favorite!😍 I wouldn’t have gas/propane in my house, wood burning fireplaces only.
Beautiful House, but a bit too expensive!

INSANE!!
9:19 probably cant call it a hearth room since technically the fireplace doesn’t have a hearth! 😂 (I’d call it one too.)
Fireplaces need Mantle's, the fireplace in the hearth room looks nicer than the living room
Shoveling snow off that driveway is gonna suck.

Really nice

Having the ovens in the butler's pantry is awkward and bizarre, much easier to have a full range with ovens in place of the cooktop.
Where is the house plan please?

small living room and small back porch only setting for five people only , ALL bedroom on second floor ?
Beautifuo house
I wouldn't want my ovens in that hidden pantry, carrying say a roasting pan full back and forth through a door, not safe or convenient.
Same, I would want that area to be an all storage Pantry! The ovens should be somewhere else.
Agreed, that is an exceptionally awkward layout for anyone that is a cook who actually bakes and roasts ...
The city you are in Edina is pronounced E die na.
Thanks! I was wondering what city he was referring to 😂😂😂. I was like Edna????? Where is that? That wallpaper is hideous
Secondary bdrms upstairs are rather small.
Woah, no ty on the wallpaper. But love the house.
When are you coming to the north east specifically Connecticut?
Nail Gun nightmare...
Something is definitely wrong with that porch arch

Me too
Agreed.

Speak only for yourself..get in touch you are keeping yourself back by your thinking..speak prosperity over your life and believe..😇😊
Gas fireplaces in Minnesota???🤦🏻♂️👎
Id want a full kitchen in the basement instead of the theater area, so my daughters family could live with us.

Eh…. Not a fan of this one.
Less talking would be nice. Makes it hard to finish these vlogs 😢
I can’t get excited to watch if there is no floor plan. 🫤
