Hey Guys! Awesome vids rlly appreciate u Any input on the homelessness/encampments and crime in Cap hill? I know it’s a touchy subject w your licenses in mind - rlly considering the area but might be a dealbreaker. Has it gotten any better? Thanks!
Appreciate you watching man! Since I initially moved to Colorado over 20 years ago, Civic Center park near the Capitol Hill has always been a hangout for them. The only time I've ever seen encampments in that area however was a month or two last year when Covid had much of the city locked down. That didn't last long before they were dispersed. Now, they've recently closed the park to clean it up and make some adjustments. One of the things about Denver though is that you don't see these "tent cities" like you'll find in other major metropolitan areas. You'll see a block here and there with some tents, but not these large encampments. Hope that helps! Appreciate you watching.
I live in Capitol Hill right now and it’s not that big of a deal. You see tents here and there but nothing huge and nothing that affects your day to day

I've used Snowstang to ski this entire ski season. It's been great!
Awesome! Always love hearing from locals. Appreciate the insight.
