I've lived all over the country but Colorado is by far my favorite. The weather suits me...mild Winters and Summers but differentiation between seasons. I love the feel and look of the high plains to the alpine desert Southwest and Colorado has both. Color doesn't always come from green grass and lush lawns but for me is replaced by red rock, crystal blue skies and green ponderosa pines against mountain landscapes. Denver suffers from what a lot of big cities suffer from and our food scene is just okay but I'm not really a city person anyway. The abundance of free open space land for me to explore (23 million acres and that's just in Colorado...quadruple that when you count the 4 corners region) and Colorado is an outdoor playground of wanderlust and adventure. I love it. Been here 28 years.
This was a great beginners guide to Colorado. Coming from the Midwest myself all of this was pretty much what went through my mind my first year. I moved away for a couple years and was dying to get back. Nowhere else compares.
I'm a native of Colorado, and I ran into this video to see how relatable your POV was since you moved here. Based on what I heard, it's all the same stuff I experience. I actually also love in northern CO. In Windsor. I love living here, and I'm glad you love it here, too. The state is truly beautiful, and I do take it for granted since this is all I've ever known. However, I tell you. For however many years you live here, keep this spirit alive. The vibe you have is what makes Colorado such a great state with such great people. I think it's awesome that you love Colorado! I'm a native of 62 years and I love it too! However, there are a few things I feel the need to gently correct you on.1) Our summers used to be comprised of mainly 80s and low 90s but not for at least the last 3 summers. We now have several high 90 days along with some 100 degree days! 2) While we don't see our temperature in winter drop into the single digits very often. It certainly does at times in January and February and sometimes it goes below zero! In the Denver area and mostly in the mountains this happens quite often! 3) While it's true we have fewer bugs then most places, we definitely do have Lady bugs and mosquitos! I think it's hard to accurately portray these things since you've only been here a year. However, I do appreciate your video!

I currently live in Texas, but I've been dealing with it but it's not for me. I'm looking into previous states I've lived in or spent summer vacations and it's between moving back to the PNW, Minnesota or Colorado.
We live in Loveland and avoid Denver like the plague. Boulder and Aurora can be dicey so be careful. As for winter temps, we experienced -31 wind chill this winter so negative temps aren’t unusual. You’re right about the wind but haven’t seen many tumbleweeds. We’re from the Central Valley of California and tumbleweeds there are ridiculous. The new construction and economy are out of control here on the Front Range.
Well done! Can't wait to watch the rest of your videos. You were made to do this! I lived in Fort Collins in the mid 80s. My two bedroom Ranch house was one block from CSU Campus and was $50,000. So I guess that would be 500,000 now? Before that I lived in Aspen and many homes were listed @ $300,000 and today would be 10 to 15 million. My point is.. it appears I should have stayed in Colorado! Not LOLing

I grew up in Houston, and it’s so hot and sticky there for half the year. Lots of mosquitos, last year it was over 100 degrees for I think 60 days straight, hottest summer I remember. I’ve always been drawn to colder temperatures and mountains (kind of the opposite of where I grew up), and since I got a remote tech job after graduating, I’m looking to move, and castle rock is the target, since I have no need to live close to downtown Denver. I do have family in Denver though. Super excited to move, can’t wait to see how my life changes (or doesn’t). My first job offer, I would’ve had to live in Dallas, and I feel super lucky that I have the opportunity to live where I want to
Make sure you live west of i-25 unless you are downtown. Also near UFC’s is pretty nice. Much more to do and far more scenic. It is more expensive for sure but it’s worth it. If you live east of academy blvd you might as well live in Kansas. Hope you get job, lots to do here.

You got to be kidding.!!!50"😂Rocky mountain national Park and trail ridge road... Might get about that much But the front range gets very very small amount of snow and yes it does usually melt overnight
This video makes me excited we are moving this April from Virginia Beach We are moving to boulder What about schools Would you happen to know? I have a 4 year old starting school this year
Wow, so many people moving to Colorado from MN! My husband and I are thinking of moving to CO next year and this video was so helpful! We have also lived in MN and KS. So, the comparisons between MN and CO were so helpful. Thank you 😊
@@tonyr7000 Well coming from Minnesota it’s probably hard to see a difference, since your state is one of the of the most socialist in the U.S. I know because I lived in your state from 1985 to 1991.
I spent a few days in Northern Colorado and I agree with you. People are really friendly and it's very pretty. The airport though was a total nightmare.
totally right but I'm pretty much from Colorado n we have had temps reach in there negatives before in the springs very rare but yes also I've been inn a snow storm with my shirty off simply because nit was that warm Colorado is unpredictable yet so beautiful
Definitely wished the Navy had bases in Colorado. Went to visit last fall (using your videos as references so thank you for that) since I knew I'd. love it. Ended up staying in Ouray and cycling from Ouray to Silverton and back on the "Million Dollar Hwy" such a unique experience. Telluride, Aspen, Colorado Springs, Glenwood Springs, Breckenridge, etc. All those places were amazing. Once my AD service is done I'm definitely moving there. Amazing vids btw. I'll keep watching to keep my eagerness of moving always present.
I lived in Crested Butte in late 90’s/early 2000’s. I visited CB during the pandemic in 2020. The landscape is just how I remembered, but it’s getting too populated. If you’re lucky enough to have or find housing in Colorado nowadays, do what you can to keep it. If you’re looking for less people from California and Texas, I suggest Wyoming, Montana or Idaho. I feel blessed to have experienced old school mountain town life. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll happily visit CO for extended periods, but live there now, it’s not for me.
"it gets very hot, 80s 90s and even 100s sometimes". I'm in San Antonio Texas where it feels like 105 by 10:30 in the morning 😭. High today of 106. Tomorrow 108
Hey Jeanie, thanks for the video! I think you jinxed it! We just had single and below zero digits in Denver!! Haha! Colorado is beautifful, the weather has changed so much, it used to rain every night at 5pm when I was a kid in the summer! It's super dry now! Chapstick, humidifiers, and lotions are a must! I miss the huge blizzards though! I remember a few years in a row we had over three feet of snow from a single storm!
Yes!! The week we moved here last year, CO dumped 3ft on us! 🙆♀️ That was the most snow I've ever seen in one setting. I was like...what the heck! Not a nice welcoming 😆 It must be colder in Denver... no single digits up here during the day yet 🙏 hopefully that continues! I don't miss that! Thanks so much for watching!
@@JeanieMarie I would say that's a perfect/fitting welcome from Colorado! We don't get too many of those huge storms! Here's to hoping we'll get another one soon!! It's March after all hahahaha!
I was very perplexed after moving here from Dallas, because I used to go on long runs in the middle of the afternoon in summer, and the humid, 100° heat never bothered me. But my first few 80° days in Longmont felt uncomfortably HOT. I think it just has to do with the altitude. Thinner atmosphere means less protection from UV radiation, which is also why your skin burns so much faster here. That’s the only thing I can think of. By the way, I moved here on March 1 and did my first hike (as a resident) on March 8, the day you celebrated your first full year. Pretty cool 🙌🏼
Crime, traffic, rude people, bad drivers, homeless, housing crisis, fire season, allergy season, HAIL several times a year, 90mph wind for no reason. There are mountains that are overrun with tourists and legal weed shops.
just stumbled on your fabulous vids via instagram!! we have lived in Colo since 2005! we do love this state- i would add about the weather that this past fall 2021 was most definitely the longest fall season we have ever experienced here! the fall colors lingered about 3x longer than usual- in 2019 it snowed like 1st of Sept, which turns the leaves much much quicker. all that to say, you never know the length of fall or spring here- they are wild cards!! you think the snow is over but, noooope!! surprise! 😂😌💛but everyone DOES disappear into the mountains in the summer 100% accurate!!
Yes, the fall was so long and beautiful this past year. And you are right...the weather is crazy here. You just never know what can happen. Thanks for watching!!
Although it is a beautiful place to visit, Italy is not as magnificent as tourists may think. Well, if I had to be honest, I would miss the seaside! However, do you guys need an Italian teacher or something like that? 😄
@@elisapagnoncelli9633 Understandable. When you fall in love with a destination you automatically assume you would love to live there... so many logistics I'm sure :) I know we would never move there, however, we can't wait to visit again someday!
My husband and I were born and raised in northern colorado, and now live in TX, I can say for the past 4 years every time we've gone home there's road construction, same road year 4 😆
Traffic is bad a lot of places in big cities but moved here 3 years ago and absolutely love it and you learn that u if u leave early u can avoid a lot of traffic
Drive down to Great Sand Dunes National Park next weekend and you will see and feel all the mosquitos you could possibly imagine. Colorado does have mosquitos.
Almost took a roadtrip up there a couple weeks ago. I'm from Florida and did drive to Oklahoma. I was by myself and decided to just stay end the trip in Oklahoma since the place I wanted to go to was 11 hours away. If I had my friend with me I would have went for it. Might just take a plane there.
Nice job. I lived in the Longmont area for 20 years. Moved away, thinking of moving back. Anyway, gas prices are a little skewed because "regular" gas is the crappy 85 octane that many will say is okay to use because it's equivalent to 87 because of the high altitude. That's leftover from the carburator days of yore.
@@JeanieMarie I loved how silent the train was from SeaTac to Seattle. I’ve done that trip many times and I’m like where are all the screaming tweakers and a-holes?! Denver needs help! I live right below red rocks but my wife has to take the train to her law firm downtown everyday and it’s crazy, you probably know
@@JeanieMarie you got it made up in Foco! Loveland, Estes park. Denver is really bad now and I grew up on capital hill and the west side. My Mom built a home in Salida and I’m thinking that’s where we’ll probably go- when we hit the lottery lol
Love Colorado, but I always miss the beach and the waves and the Great Lakes when I’m gone. It’s gotten so busy and expensive and dry out west! Great place to visit for me though :) great video!
Lived on CO western slope 2 years early 00s loved it my wife not so much. Did 44 of the 14ers in 2 summers… Denver and close suburbs have descended into cesspools IMO with angry “peace preaching” burnouts. I crisscross this nation 100s of times a year as a corporate pilot and still get a couple nights a year in Aspen, Telluride and Rifle so I get my CO fix while being paid. I will say there is a 40 mile long area on one of the Great Lakes that is IMO and others I work with the most incredible for scenery, outdoor activities and affordability in the nation. I’m sworn to secrecy!
Way more expensive but jobs pay way more. It's really not much different than the Midwest besides rent, and even then the quality of houses and apartments compared to the ancient Midwest is mind blowing 2k rent in rado may only get you a 2 bed 2 bath but it's 100% remodeled with all high end components top to bottom vs 2k in Wisconsin gets you a 4 bedroom townhouse with slumlords remodeling with recycled stuff , lead paint, and boarder line cardboard counters. Guess it really just depends on the quality of life ya want.

People are a bit more polite there. Problem is boulder county is crazy expensive. Towns east of boulder are very family oriented with great schools and infrastructure. The more conservative areas of colorado tend to be more grungy and drivers are much more aggressive
couple of years ago we had an early "winter day" before the first snowfall that was I think -13? or so overnight? which is intense when you are just coming off of that summer heat... DIA is nowhere NEAR the largest airport by any means, except landmass, it has the largest plot of land which it sits on. (lots of conspiracy thoeries to go along with it). what else did I want to say? OH, yes. when I moved here from Las Vegas, NV 12 years ago, I moved straight into Boulder, and I gotta tell ya....Boulder is an amazing place....but as they say, its "18 square miles, surrounded by reality" you have to imagine a town fuill of mostly college professors and hippies, but lots of stuck up "entitled" types......still very beautiful and neat place for sure. awesome vid! have a good one.
Yes, almost been here 2 years now! We've officially saw single digit temps just a week ago...but the next day it was 50 degrees. Correct about DIA its the largest in land mass. We love Boulder! Been there many times since! Thanks for watching!
What’s striking, is that she says there’s no negative temps in winter. I lived there 40 years ago as a child, and that was every year. Climate change realness if you’re not getting that cold now.
I lived in Minnesota for 40 years and I now live in North Carolina, but crazy about the beauty of Colorado. I am thinking relocating to Colorado. What is the best scenic route from Colorado Springs to Aspen?
I love Colorado!!! Lol I'm a disabled vet 1st platoon A.Co 126 I became disabled in 2015 T.B.I my rehabilitation was at Craig hospital in Colorado I want to leave arizona its far to much like afghanistan dirt and rock everywhere some people like it but it gets me down
Just found your channel and it was exactly what i was looking for. My husband and I are wanting to relocate, we've looked into many states but Colorado just keeps coming to the top of the list. He grew up in St. Paul MN then moved to Southern Oregon about 10 year ago, which is where i'm from. The area is beautiful but the summers are getting hotter and hotter (100's from june-Sept) and the wildfires last all summer so it's hard to enjoy the outdoors. My husband had a lot of allergy issues in MN, do you have any experience with that in colorado? Also did you explore other areas of the state before landing where you did? What made that area your choice? Thanks for the great content!
Yes, summer on the front range (Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs) will be in the 90s almost 100s. If you live in the mountains it will be cooler. My husband had allergies in MN in the spring - he still gets it's them here too. We thought he wouldn't, but he still does. I just did a lot of research on locations in CO and after coming out here to see it for ourselves, it just felt right to us.
What are your favorite/most beautiful places besides Rocky Mountain NP to visit in Colorado? I’m staying in Boulder next week and want to do some exploring. I’ve been to the Great Sand Dunes NP & Rocky NP, and would like to do something different and go somewhere with less people. Love your videos. Thanks!
I have so many! • Glenwood Springs is amazing as they have some amazing hot springs and adventure park: ruclips.net/video/RvdQktTP3u0/видео.html • Indian Peaks Wilderness is close to Boulder and so beautiful! However, you have to park in the winter parking lot right now, which is about a 2-mile hike into that area: ruclips.net/video/hPCCqsvWdC8/видео.html / ruclips.net/video/jHQbbfOt8hc/видео.html • If you are a skier-Breckenridge, Vail, Winter Park have lots of skiing options. • Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is worth a visit: ruclips.net/video/TMouv4WJMEQ/видео.html • Colorado Springs has Garden of the Gods Park. • Grand Junction has the beautiful Colorado National Monument Park - great hiking and sightseeing: ruclips.net/video/dA8LGEZSG24/видео.html I have so many other recommendations-however, some would be better for summertime and/or they are closed right now because of winter. Hope this helps give you some ideas! Have so much fun!
Been here 53 years and while it sure has changed all you need to do is walk 300 yards off the trail and you're right back in the "old" Colorado LOL! LOVE IT!

hello my name is Albert and I'm moving there for work. my question is . I'm from south east Washington DC and I live in an area most would call the hood, but it's really not. Are there area's that seem similar
Think drought. In 10 years PBS rates Colorado Springs as one of the worst places to live due to drought. Fire is a big risk. Insurance is high. There is no monsoon season. This is false. We are in drought conditions. Wild fires take out homes every year. It does get down to single digits and sometimes below 0. It is true there is a lot of sun. There is also a lot skin cancer. Infrastructure hasn't kept up with growth. Can be hard to get professional appointments.
Great video - many thanks for the info. Colorado is on my short-list for relo from the Northeast. I've contacted an agent south of Denver and have been looking at the Parker, Monument, Larkspur areas - can you compare those areas to Fort Collins area? What scared me a bit about north of Denver are the huge number of fracking sites, almost no fracking sites south of Denver.
Safely secure along the great lakes. Head says be safe - Heart says its ready to get hurt again in Co. (Salida) Practice living on my land here in a truck camper. Thanks for your video
A word of advice: don’t’ live in the valley! Summers there can be well over 100 F during a heat wave. The mountain towns have summers that rarely exceed the mid 80s to low 90s. I live in a small mountain town and the best thing about them is definitely the view of the range! You won’t find a sight like that outside the Canadian Rockies and Switzerland. If you’re seeking to escape extreme heat and extreme cold, Colorado is definitely the place to be!
You've never had negative temps?! Hehe, just give it time ;-) The bugs aren't in the mountains due to the lack of oxygen, but around Loveland, there should be plenty of mosquitos and flies. Strange you haven't seen them.
far southeastern co has a ton of bugs its miserable but where most of us live along the front range, there trully is no bugs which sort of left us stunned😳 we really have it great here!

Make sure you live west of i-25 unless you are downtown. Also near UFC’s is pretty nice. Much more to do and far more scenic. It is more expensive for sure but it’s worth it. If you live east of academy blvd you might as well live in Kansas. Hope you get job, lots to do here.
Hi this is Jennifer from Dover Pennsylvania I want to live in Colorado so badly and I'm thinking of buying a tiny home and living in a tiny house community so I have to do my homework but want to say I absolutely love your site you're very good at what you do your voice is very beautiful and calming you are very beautiful And I love everything that you add in with the pictures and your demonstration sites everything absolutely beautiful keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this it's very helpful and I know most of Colorado but I'm still exploring and that's what I love about Colorado there's a lot a lot a lot to explore Loving it
It's cold and elevated... all my dreams
Denver front range gets 50” of snow on average but you’d never know it . Snows and then it’s gone !
You got to be kidding.!!!50"😂Rocky mountain national Park and trail ridge road... Might get about that much But the front range gets very very small amount of snow and yes it does usually melt overnight
@ hey I know I didnt believe it either but look it up , it’s cumulative. I had to go searching.
This video makes me excited we are moving this April from Virginia Beach
We are moving to boulder
What about schools
Would you happen to know? I have a 4 year old starting school this year
Congratulations on your move! You'll love it here!
Wow, so many people moving to Colorado from MN! My husband and I are thinking of moving to CO next year and this video was so helpful! We have also lived in MN and KS. So, the comparisons between MN and CO were so helpful. Thank you 😊
Yes! We have met sooo many people from MN here. It crazy! Hope you can make the move! Thanks for watching!
Yes it’s a great state you should visit
Great, just what Colorado needs more people with a socialist mindset!😢
@@garymatney9344 Hi Gary, this is interesting...what makes her "socialist"?
@@tonyr7000 Well coming from Minnesota it’s probably hard to see
a difference, since your state is one of the of the most socialist in the U.S. I know because I lived in your state from 1985 to 1991.
This is really helpful and such great advice! Thank you :)
Thanks for watching!
It's very common for people to leave after 3 years. Not sure why... Many of them turn bitter and run back home to be closer to family.
I'm literally moving to CO from MN, and it feels like a LOT, so this video is really kismet. Thanks for the good insight and info.
I have seen some naval personnel but agree it’s few
I lived in Crested Butte in late 90’s/early 2000’s. I visited CB during the pandemic in 2020. The landscape is just how I remembered, but it’s getting too populated. If you’re lucky enough to have or find housing in Colorado nowadays, do what you can to keep it. If you’re looking for less people from California and Texas, I suggest Wyoming, Montana or Idaho. I feel blessed to have experienced old school mountain town life. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll happily visit CO for extended periods, but live there now, it’s not for me.
Beautiful people and wonderful videos. Can hardly wait to get back there myself.
Thanks so much for watching!
Beautiful Colorado... Great informative video! Thank you, this was really entertaining and educational 😊 Greetings from Germany
Thank you so much for watching! P.S. I love Germany! :)
@@JeanieMarie Yay! We have some pretty mountains, too, but I guess the Rockies are a bit more impressive 😁
@@bettibee511 Yes, Germany mountains are so beautiful, I've been so some of areas! I say they are just as beautiful if not more!
Loved the video. Definitely thinking about moving to Colorado!!!!
So glad you enjoyed it! Wishing you the best if you make CO home!
Love Colorado! ❤
There are spots here and there in the mountains where there are mosquitos, a LOT of mosquitos. Don't get out of your car at all mosquitos.
The Western slope is the best of Colorado!
SSshhhh..... voices carry....😉
Great video. Very informative and well done. Thank you.
Thank you!!
Not a nice welcoming 😆
It must be colder in Denver... no single digits up here during the day yet 🙏 hopefully that continues!
I live in the Dallas suburbs an thinking about relocating their. Which do you like better?
Crime, traffic, rude people, bad drivers, homeless, housing crisis, fire season, allergy season, HAIL several times a year, 90mph wind for no reason. There are mountains that are overrun with tourists and legal weed shops.
You're full of it.
just stumbled on your fabulous vids via instagram!! we have lived in Colo since 2005! we do love this state- i would add about the weather that this past fall 2021 was most definitely the longest fall season we have ever experienced here! the fall colors lingered about 3x longer than usual- in 2019 it snowed like 1st of Sept, which turns the leaves much much quicker. all that to say, you never know the length of fall or spring here- they are wild cards!! you think the snow is over but, noooope!! surprise! 😂😌💛but everyone DOES disappear into the mountains in the summer 100% accurate!!
Yes, the fall was so long and beautiful this past year. And you are right...the weather is crazy here. You just never know what can happen. Thanks for watching!!
Omg, I'm seriously thinking about moving to Colorado from Italy.
No way!!!! I would trade you in a heartbeat. Italy is my FAVORITE Country - I would LOVE to live there!
I live in colorado and it’s nice. But in my opinion Italy is the best place.
My husband and I were born and raised in northern colorado, and now live in TX, I can say for the past 4 years every time we've gone home there's road construction, same road year 4 😆
Right?! The road construction is crazy slow here. I don't understand 🤦♀️
That’s terrible but… compared to Texas I-35 near Fort Worth (15+), I’m hoping for the best out there
My fiancé and I are looking to move to Colorado Springs from Mass
Traffic is bad a lot of places in big cities but moved here 3 years ago and absolutely love it and you learn that u if u leave early u can avoid a lot of traffic
Wife is from GJ and we're retiring there in bout 5 yrs. Love it.😊
We, too, are from Minnesota 😂
I moved from Chicago to Seattle and man the idea of no humidity and no bugs might’ve just sold me on Colorado 😅
Ha! I didn't know how much I loved no humidity! It's a game changer...I love the dryness so much! The no bugs is amazing 🙌
@@JeanieMarie lol I guess I know where I’m going for vacation this year!
Sorry to say but we do have plenty of mosquitos and bugs in Colorado
@@cindyt3699 Im sure they are somewhere, but I have yet to see any! 🤷♀️ I've been getting lucky!
@@JeanieMarie We will get more mosquitos 😟if we have a rainy summer, last summer was really dry 😏
Colorado native and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else- maybe Oregon or Washington 3 months out of the year
Yup! We just visited Washington and both agreed...Colorado is home! Washington is pretty but its not Colorado!
@@JeanieMarie I loved how silent the train was from SeaTac to Seattle. I’ve done that trip many times and I’m like where are all the screaming tweakers and a-holes?! Denver needs help! I live right below red rocks but my wife has to take the train to her law firm downtown everyday and it’s crazy, you probably know
@@keithhavens6566 We don't go to Denver much! We live in FOCO, but I've heard Denver is interesting.
@@JeanieMarie you got it made up in Foco! Loveland, Estes park. Denver is really bad now and I grew up on capital hill and the west side. My Mom built a home in Salida and I’m thinking that’s where we’ll probably go- when we hit the lottery lol
@@keithhavens6566 Yes, we love it up here! It's really nice. So sad to hear about Denver. Hope Salida works out for you 🙏 stay safe!!

Love Colorado, but I always miss the beach and the waves and the Great Lakes when I’m gone. It’s gotten so busy and expensive and dry out west! Great place to visit for me though :) great video!
Yes, Lots of pros and cons just like any other area. Thanks for watching!
Would love to move to the west, but it's way more expensive out there.
Home ins. seems very high in CO, equal to or more than property taxes.
I've lived many states and Colorado is the best but damn it's expensive. Even for experienced tradesmen it is a struggle

How is Boulder different? When talking about the people
Hippy dippy...very left leaning.
People are a bit more polite there. Problem is boulder county is crazy expensive. Towns east of boulder are very family oriented with great schools and infrastructure. The more conservative areas of colorado tend to be more grungy and drivers are much more aggressive
I live in Boulder and people are very nice and friendly.
I moved from WI.... 100% agree on all points.
I got transferred to Denver in 2014. I'm planning to leave in 2025 to Alababa. I live south around DTC it's nice. Colorado is in decline becoming CA
Yeah , liberals and illegals! Polis needs to go !
couple of years ago we had an early "winter day" before the first snowfall that was I think -13? or so overnight? which is intense when you are just coming off of that summer heat...
Good
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
What’s striking, is that she says there’s no negative temps in winter. I lived there 40 years ago as a child, and that was every year. Climate change realness if you’re not getting that cold now.
And i will SHAMELESSLY show my wife this video to show her how awesome CO is to exist in. Thanks for THIS one too... :)
Of course!!
You should make 4more of the same exact video 👌

Ohhh man , i wish i lived in Colorado.....but i only work in colorado....24/7.....for 20 years 😅
I love visiting Colorado but i like to pay my Texas prices.
Understandable 👍
Obviously you don’t pay property taxes in TX. CO has the lowest!
Nicely done. Happy anniversary.
Wildfires are a big issue here as well. Not just the in state, but the west coast fires all send their smoke this way.
thanks it helps
Nice job, neighbor. I learned a lot!
You’re so sweet. Thanks for this helpful info!
What are your favorite/most beautiful places besides Rocky Mountain NP to visit in Colorado? I’m staying in Boulder next week and want to do some exploring. What is the job market like in Colorado and which towns hire the most? Thank you! Great Vlog!! Blessings!
ABSOLUTELY TRUE! FROM THE SOUTH & MIDWEST…BEEN IN COLORADO SPRINGS OVER 9 YEARS…. 🎉
I have lived in CO for 25 years. There are many days during winter that is very cold, no.sun...grey....horrible. Looking forward to move out of Colorado when i retire. Possible.moving to Lima Peru. At least during the winter in CO...too cold for me.
hello my name is Albert and I'm moving there for work. my question is .
Can you ride atvs in the sand dunes there?
Not the national park. But there are sand dunes by Walden that you can definitely ride atv in.
I don't know where you go to not be plaged by bugs. They are everywhere no matter wht the altitude.
Update vid soon?
Great information! I’m moving there in 2 weeks
Hi my husband and i are planning on moving to colorado this 2024 any advise will helps us..
So sorry I can't help. I have no information about those areas, so can't compare them. But wishing you all the best!!
Safely secure along the great lakes. Head says be safe - Heart says its ready to get hurt again in Co. (Salida) Practice living on my land here in a truck camper. Thanks for your video
Insurance is twice as high as the midwest.
You did an awesome job. ty
I'm an Indian....I just want to know how u people or whom everyday sweep the whole three storage home...big kitchen and all other houses work
A word of advice: don’t’ live in the valley!
Nope, no negative temps yet! And bugs are soo mild. Trust me the temps and bugs here are not even close to what I came from in Minnesota! 😅
far southeastern co has a ton of bugs its miserable but where most of us live along the front range, there trully is no bugs which sort of left us stunned😳 we really have it great here!
