A coworker bought a regular sub sandwich at King Soopers grocery store and it was 25.00! Don't forget the high high rent. 1800 for a studio. You will work a couple of jobs here most folks work two or three jobs here and have roomates. Forget going to the mountains you will be too busy working to survive and if you do get the chance to go to the mountains you will have to compete for parking with the illegals and other out of towners. Don't bother going period on holidays it's elbows to a.... I-25 and I -70 traffic is horrible don't be fooled its bad EVERYWHERE in DENVER. You have tens of thousands of people who have never driven that are now here and driving. Druggies and homeless are everywhere. You wont be able to go anywhere without getting accousted for money. Groceries stores, gas stations, post office, every stoplight and corner and parking lot etc expect to be hit up for your money. Fentenol is an epidemic here. They smoke it on the trains and in the buses. If you break down anywhere in Denver you will have your windows busted, your battery and tires stolen. Insurance is super expensive here for obvious reasons. The food here sucks and is expensive unless you like fast food and it averages about 30.00 for two people. People are rude, tired and on edge here. Especially in traffic. So be prepared. People will try to hit you in traffic. In the winter they do not plow the side streets and the roads are very bad here. Think hundred car pile up bad. So many horrible crater like potholes here. You will go through a lot of tires living here. Plenty of nails everywhere in denver on the roads especially in Commerce City. The middle finger is state bird and the Colorado welcome.
BROOOOO....you took every issue and x1000.

@@SomewhereInColorado No bot. Just telling it like it is!
You nailed it!
@@SomewhereInColorado I'm not a bot. I'm real! I live in Denver!
Please don't move to Denver.
East Colfax .., etc
Every city has their sketchy area haha
What's wrong with looking like a newb if you are a newb? You could just say "Oh yeah, I'm a newb. I didn't know that."
Nothing is wrong with it. I’m just flexing a little satire cause I think I’m funny.
@@SomewhereInColorado yeah I was just kind of commenting mindlessly. I wasn't attacking it
@@SomewhereInColorado thanks for the info btw. I'm probably going to Denver from Florida, so I'll feel like a total alien
@@GodbreadGilfredBiago All good. I’m a shit-talker. There are a ton of people from all around the US that live here, so most everyone’s very welcoming to those that are new. You specifically just need to learn for drive well in snow ❄️ 😉
@@SomewhereInColorado That is my main fear about moving there to be honest. I have driven in the snow and ice in Austin though, which may actually be some good experience because they didn't salt the roads at all basically.
