Hell if Denver didn't have quite a few buses connected to Boulder I wouldn't even consider Boulder as part of the Denver metro area. This is only my opinion of course and Castle Rock is growing in size quite rapidly, it won't be long until even without public transportation that it will eventually connect to areas that I consider part of the Denver metro area via other cities or towns growing in size as well. Castle Pines for example is probably the biggest obstacle which i find a bit ironic considering that Castle Pines I've heard used to be part of Castle Rock but decided to split and do its own thing. I sort of feel unless Castle Pines chooses to grow that it would impede Castle Rock from connecting to areas like Lone Tree which I consider part of the Metro area. Hell Parker I feel is only partially part of the metro because a big portion of Parker doesn't seem to have public transportation, despite this Parker still sort of connects to Aurora and Centennial, possibly even Higlands Ranch due to the borders shown on google maps iirc.

He talk a lot about South of Denver. The reality is most of a company are located in Denver and Broomfield area. Best place around North Denver is Superior, Erie, Broomfield, some part of Thornton. Place to stay away from is Federal Height, Commerce City, most part of Aurora, Northglenn, most of Denver.
Spent 32 years in the Denver metro. Got out 5 years ago & have never been happier. Denver now is a hell hole. Also lived in Ft. Collins and Loveland. Basically most of Colorado sucks now.
This gentleman's video is geared toward a certain demographic of people... Namely, folks in a certain price point for him to sell houses. He is not being accurate in his description of I-25 traffic and he's highlighting certain areas of the front range where housing is considered more affordable - for an average home buyer. (except for Boulder, of course, but you gotta have a high-end price point too...) There is a reason places like Littleton, Highland's Ranch, SE Aurora, and Parker are more affordable. It's because I-25, 475, and 70 are parking lots a good portion of the day and the commute is longer - sometime much, much longer. Also, I would not consider Littleton, Parker, or Highland's Ranch part of the metro Denver area. They are there own cities (municipalities) that are part of the front range. Just like most people, as far as I have experienced, wouldn't consider Boulder part of the "metro Denver" area. The way this gentleman frames this information is to sell houses. Now... should you NOT buy a house in one of the a fore-mentioned places? No. They are nice communities (okay Boulder can get a little precious) but just understand that this guy has a bias to sell houses. Get on some local city/community forms and ask questions. Take what this gentleman states with a grain of salt.
It is now. From Wellington to Fountain it's basically one continuous city all along I-25. I avoid FC. Have for years. It commonly takes 45 min to get from Harmony Rd n I-25 to Rocky Mountain HS. Nuts.
Boulder is just a college hippie town, not the beverly hills of denver. That would be more like either cherry creek area or HR/LONETREE. Let's try not to be like Cali, like we already are with the politics and those aholes moving out here. This place was once a good mix of blue and red, NOT anymore!!!!
I grew up in Boulder in the 1970’s. Great place for climbing and hiking, and the schools were good. It used to be a college/ hippie town. It’s now for the very wealthy. Just go online and look at the property values.
Yea Denver Metro area can be very segregated just like most cities in the USA 🇺🇸 . For example drive down Federal blvd and right about after colfax you will encounter a lot of signage in spanish for many blocks until Evans blvd. And the same examples apply to certain areas in Aurora, montbello area, commerce city etc. Where you will see alot of hispanic stores taco trucks kind of just across the border vibe. And also just recently we just got about 70 thousand new Venezuelan migrants. But don’t worry there is plenty of areas that are mostly completely white folks. There is not much Black African American areas like many other cities. I live in the montbello area that is 70% hispanic.
Question: I’m in Firestone, work in Wheat Ridge, looking to downsize. Westminster? Kids in aurora and boulder. Love the content, but always ton south, too far south
I wouldn't recommend his advice as someone who is a third gen native. This video only applies to people/couples who make at least 250K a year. Unrealistic bro 😂
🤦🏼 So unscrupulously deceptive. Traffic is 3x your claims during rush hour, crime is rampant, prices are unaffordable, the market is overpriced and limitedly available. You should be ashamed of yourselves for promoting a false image of Denver to take advantage of uninformed buyers. Viewers should check a crime rate map to understand how misrepresented the city is in this video. Then remember they don't prosecute many drug and vagrancy issues. Moving here is most popular amongst homeless drug addicts. If you're looking for fetanyl needles on your sidewalks, keep following these jokers.

Ft Collins isnt part of Denver
Give it enough time it will be connected.
Haters gonna hate … 💙💙💙
70,000 Venezuelans 😂😂😂 hyperbole much?!
Mountain, Mountain, Mountain ⛰️
Question: I’m in Firestone, work in Wheat Ridge, looking to downsize. Westminster? Kids in aurora and boulder. Love the content, but always ton south, too far south
We’re working on that as we speak! Appreciate you watching. More northern content to come 👍🏻
@@livingindenverpropertybrosThank you a ton! Downsizing is such a difficult task as well for us soon! I look forward to your videos! 🙏
Westminster and Broomfield are nice, quiet areas from my experience
@@TheRyansLion you can add Thornton to that list. A really good spot but a little pricey is Superior and Erie.
Arvada or Lakewood
Just tell people move to a wonderful east Colfax to west Colfax hood. Super classes areas. Better yet just move to the 5 point or park hill 😂😂😂😂😂
Just avoid Colorado in general! I was born and raised there it went to shit in the early 2000s but really went to shit when they legalized weed.
Where about in Colorado are you from?
@Timbodadon north metro area, but I've since moved after all the turd people moved there in 2014. Housing costs went up way too fast to keep up.
💯
Yeah alas it got californicated
Looks like steering to the rich neighborhoods be prepared to spend some money I live in Aurora and house was 375000 so be prepared.
If you are thinking about moving here? Dont
Anything east of the I-25 is Kansas.
What?
Kansas isnt foothills... its flat.
Anyone who calls I-25 “the I-25” is a recent (or very dull) transplant
Where not to move-Commerce City, Greeley, Pueblo, the ghetto side of Aurora, Capitol Hill, along side Colfax....
Castle rock has nothing to do
I heard Denver has a big issue with illegal immigration.
As of recent yes but it’s not the entire metro region.
Yup and big homeless problem
Absolutely yes Illegals are getting everything handed to them and many Denver budget cuts cause of them
Not sure, I heard it has a problem of illegal Europeans
Yep it’s terrible. Liberals ruining the city
Uhhhhh don’t relocate here period stay where you are it’s crowded enough as it is.
I wouldn't recommend his advice as someone who is a third gen native. This video only applies to people/couples who make at least 250K a year. Unrealistic bro 😂
actually - instead of relocating to denver - just dont.
state is full sorry
Transplants are ruining Colorado 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Denver sucks
Where da fuck South Park at
