      I have a question about moving. I’m wanting to Denver from Ohio. I’m looking for a studio in the Cap Hill area. I have enough for deposit and rent, but between viewings and proof of income (since I’m not currently living there) I’m having difficulty. Any suggestions?

      @@livingindenverpropertybros So, have to say, I’m 41 and don’t want “hot spots”. I’m more of a laid back, knit on the porch kind of person. I’ll be working in the Englewood/Littleton area. I would love something affordable with as little commute as possible. Would Castle Rock fit that scenario?

    What are the price ranges for 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments in these areas?
    Also, are there any other areas (Colorado springs or near there for example) that are good for young professionals?
    And all of these require a car (4 wheel drive) correct?

    • @livingindenverpropertybros
      @livingindenverpropertybros  3 года назад +1

      Typically those range from about $1300+ depending on location on condition. There are definitely some other places, these are just a few that were worth a mention.
      Not all of them require a 4-wheel drive. Eventually, you'll want to get one but not necessary immediately. If you're living in the mountains, that's a different story.

    If we have two high schoolers that are more artistic, rather than suburban football, any of these neighborhoods have a good high school? Most likely going to rent at first because of the crazy market.

    • @livingindenverpropertybros

      A lot of Denver are high schools actually put a big focus on the arts. As you start diving into some local schools and reading reviews you'll be able to find out which ones put a heavy emphasis there. I like using niche.com as a place to start your research.

There's everything from 55+ only resort style communities with golf, activities and other amenities to mixed aged communities with options for low maintenance condo's, duplex casita's, or regular single family homes.
