They definitely can be, and especially with the addition of Homing Sliver allowing us to cycle them away with the express purpose of Encoring them I think that we could have taken the deck in that direction. Slivers are a powerful archetype and making cuts for this deck was really difficult, hoping the other 3 decks are a bit easier to be honest.
