Henna and/or indigo but you better do a strand test on some hairbrush hair before you commit because they are permanent for real. My hair was never healthier than when I used them.
Becareful with henna, you definitely need to commit and you absolutely cannot put any blonde/highlights in your hair until the henna has grown out of your hair.

I came from the diary of a CEO as well! I was a sephora and Ulta junkie, daily full glam makeup for over 10 years and I couldn't believe everything I was hearing :( Perfumes, body sprays, I had it alll. I put a HALT after watching you, stopped using 95% of my stuff, ordered a ton of new makeup, bodycare, skincare, haircare, new cookware and clothes! I couldn't believe the plastic in clothes! I was a die hard Lulu girl, but not anymore and now I'm trying to find the best leggings out there, as well as undergarments and pjs. It's crazy how much polyester is out there and on our bodies while we sleep, workout, etc. I'm trying to do it all, thanks to you :) My husband thinks im crazy, but I am very passionate about this :) Can you please do more videos on brands/items carried in Sephora and Ulta? Despite that, I’m regularly exposed to large machines like boilers, air handlers, and chillers, as you mentioned in the video. I’ve always been aware of the potential exposures in my environment, but your insights have given me a deeper understanding. I truly admire your dedication to educating the public and raising awareness on such important topics. On that note, I’d love to hear your thoughts on fizzy drinks, including sugary, diet, and zero-sugar sodas, and their potential effects. I’m someone who has been aware of these things specially product such as personal, skincare, home and kitchen, wellness and personal care since 2018 and thanks to Bobby from Flavcity who introduced me to these things although he is no where near being Toxicologist.
Thank you for sharing! Sugary and artificially-sweetened beverages are sources of additives like colors, which have been shown to affect behavior in children so I would avoid them as much as possible. Canned beverages can be sources of BPA as well, so regular consumption can lead to exposure.

Please make a video about hair color the professional ones. Some companies claim that their ingredients are non-toxic, natural, and organic. Some say that has avocado and coconut oil, but is well known that chemical don't mix well with organic oils. after 25 year working in this area more women are losing their hair and getting thinner. So happy Stephen interviewed you on Diary of a CEO. I hardly ever wear makeup and just spent a small fortune on Bobbi Brown products! I love them, but now I’m aware of these great organic products. I’ve been on this journey overtime swapping out chemical products for organic products. Because of your videos, I’ve recently switched to all stainless steel cookware. Would you consider doing a video on the healthiest safest, shampoos and conditioners that work well especially moisturizing shampoos? I’ve done a lot of research. I use organic shampoos and conditioners that aren’t tested on animals. So far, I’ve not found a healthy shampoo/conditioner that moisturizes well. My hair is breaking and brittle and I want to find one brand or two that work so I can remain healthy and happy. Im 31 and have been suffering of Hypothyroidism for 4 years now. I came here after the video on rhe diary of a CEO and checked almost all my makeup and essentials and half of them have parfume (although I bought them in a apparently bio chain, DM, in Italy and other products bought in farmacy... im concerned but willing to learn more. thanks for your sharing and being so helpful and clear and also very professional ❤
Unless it’s a scent derived from 100% natural ingredients then it’s going to disrupt your endocrine system. I make my own body butter- I’m actually making some today! I could add essential oils to it but I like the natural smell it already has (chocolate). I’ve found natural perfumes but none that I love yet… also be careful of oil based perfumes even if they claim to be natural- you want to know what carrier oil they used to make it. Sometimes they will use soy 🤪

Alternative products often claim to be sustainable and healthier, but after taking a closer look, I'm not so sure they are. Cups are made out of medical silicone, is that safe? Panties almost always Container synthetic fibers. .... What is safe to use, what isn't? Thank you!
I can add this to the list of products to review. Generally I stay away from products with bold claims without clinical evidence to support. Lots of smoke and mirrors.

One study states, “The alcohol ethoxylates present in the rinse aid were identified as the culprit component causing the epithelial inflammation and barrier damage.” I’ve got a few dishwasher products linked on my website. I was wondering about the atmosphere in a room that is running 3d printer(s). Being that plastic is being heated a lot so should we all vent the machine outside? Thanks for tuning in! Yes you’re right to question it. Inhaling 3D printer fumes has been shown to disrupt hormones in animal studies since the plastics may contain bisphenols A (PMID: 37350301).

Thanks for tuning in! This is a great question. Evidence suggests that certain ingredients in dishwasher detergents and rinse aids contribute gut damage. One study states, “The alcohol ethoxylates present in the rinse aid were identified as the culprit component causing the epithelial inflammation and barrier damage.” I’ve got a few dishwasher products linked on my website. I watched your interview with The Diary of a CEO today and you spoke of many things that can harm us that almost all of us use. I was wondering about the atmosphere in a room that is running 3d printer(s). Being that plastic is being heated a lot so should we all vent the machine outside? Thanks for tuning in! Yes you’re right to question it. Inhaling 3D printer fumes has been shown to disrupt hormones in animal studies since the plastics may contain bisphenols A (PMID: 37350301).

Hiii correct me if Im wrong, but Kosas concealer contains titanium dioxide which has effects on the thyroid hormone. And isnt it also like an endocrine disruptor?
Great question. Titanium dioxide is not a concern in cream-based topical products like sunscreen or makeup.
