The two demons really liked her and therefore used their magic to bring her back to life; leading to her becoming so powerful. The two essentially served as her two father figures and took care of her. It's kinda sweet in a way. She also asks if you can "die for her"; which is where her signature skill comes from. She basically wishes for you to die so that you can play with her for all eternity in the afterlife. The game is honestly pretty good, even if it hasn't aged well at all in terms of gameplay, the story and lore is still there.
0:59 this is brilliant. The move makes Thor's hammer into how it was actually supposed to be in the mythology. His hammer was supposed to be a 2 handed warhammer but iirc Loki or someone else messed with the dwarves forging it, they were each making one half so had to shorten it.
I love this so much because it just fuels the game with personality and makes you feel like you really are interacting with the world's myths, faiths and legends. It's like showtime attacks in P5 but for the demons itself as they are the main attraction in mainline.

That seems worse than just omagatoki critical though. That one gives you basically the full 8 turns automatically while being the first skill you have. I barely find a reason to use something else. Omnipotence sometimes as well, which let's you use the last skill 4 times in a row.

With the above, this means you get 7 attacks, use the Omagatoki, then get 8 more attacks. This is if you are going for offensive press turn usage.

So a few more they could have done. 1. Affect the moon to change to New Moon or Full Moon. 2. Subjugate non-boss enemies to surrender. Then you go through each one to demand tributes (macca/items) or joining. The battle ends once you've gone through all the enemies.
The Konohana Sakuya - Oyamatsumi combo is pretty great. It got me through the Demi-Fiend fight since full buffs, heal and restoring MP without wasting an action as well as stacking with Bowl of Hygieia can keep you in the fight longer.
so I unlocked that one yesterday and didn't have Oyamatsumi unlocked, it took me an hour to learn that he was a quest unlock in CoC and you had to do a fight in the simulator to unlock him in CoV because I hadn't did anything there
Actually surprisingly sweet to see Odin and Thor get a family combo attack when they usually either barely interact or Odin just treats his son like another minion. Wasted potential they didn't do this earlier! Like lol both Thor and Odin have more interactions with Loki than with each other, it's weird.
Miss opportunity to give Nahobino a combo set with Susunoo allies. Hell, could have Nahobino and Amazoko have a dou a ttack where they both combin their magic to summon a Severe Ruinous Thunder with pierce and debuff, for one turn, skill. Just to show that these two are canonically best friends.
Could I point out just how cracked the Overheal Values are for Harvest Festival and Fairies' Game? 1.75x and 2.25x respectively. Compare that to the Overheal Values for Bowl of Hygieia and Eleusinian Harvest, being 1.3x. I can definitely see some wacky tank strats happening with these.
Personally, I think its stupid that you need the demons in the party/stock just to activate the skill. Much would have perfered to have only need 1 demon in the party as the rest could be summoned
I still think it woulda been neat to have one with Loki and all of his children, but they rarely all end up in the same game together. It could either be a legit badass combo with all of these crazy monsters, or something comedic playing on how nonsensical it is that they all come from the same dad. when building a party, and you check the skill, is there a way to know the requisites? the icon shows a red "demon head" but I'm not sure how to get the info except when you get the talisman, (or checking the talismans again, pretty inconvenient.)

I’m waiting till I unlock all skill slot first before trying this. I skip a lot of demon to have because I hate the skill slot limit at good half of the game making me skipping a lot of good stuff to try

Demi-Fiend could make a sword for some of his moves in Nocturne, imagine them making a combo move of Deadly Fury + Frost Tempest or something like that
With some of the demons squad/team having 4 when I was collecting the periapts, I thought wed get a 4th demon slot eventually but apparently not lol. Seems logical why they didnt do one for the Four Horsemen
Raging Whirlwind is probably the best of the elemental pierce/attack and defense debuff combo skill, since they only require two demons, which are usable around the level they're obtained, and both of their inmate skills support each other. I'm not sure if I want four fire demons taking up my slots.

Cerberus Chimera Hydra And Orthrus is so funny cos theyre clearly grouped together for all havibg miltiple heads in mythology, but half of them dont in SMT. It looks so weird!
I actually have recorded all unique demon and boss skills, but then I found out Lucifer has like 10 unique skills I dont feel like going through that fight to see all of them😵💫

The Konohana Sakuya - Oyamatsumi combo is pretty great. It got me through the Demi-Fiend fight since full buffs, heal and restoring MP without wasting an action as well as stacking with Bowl of Hygieia can keep you in the fight longer.
Those in-law benefits really came in handy
so I unlocked that one yesterday and didn't have Oyamatsumi unlocked, it took me an hour to learn that he was a quest unlock in CoC and you had to do a fight in the simulator to unlock him in CoV because I hadn't did anything there
I wish the MC had one with Fionn Mac Cumhail.

Actually surprisingly sweet to see Odin and Thor get a family combo attack when they usually either barely interact or Odin just treats his son like another minion. Wasted potential they didn't do this earlier! Like lol both Thor and Odin have more interactions with Loki than with each other, it's weird.
Miss opportunity to give Nahobino a combo set with Susunoo allies.
Hell, could have Nahobino and Amazoko have a dou a ttack where they both combin their magic to summon a Severe Ruinous Thunder with pierce and debuff, for one turn, skill.

Could I point out just how cracked the Overheal Values are for Harvest Festival and Fairies' Game? 1.75x and 2.25x respectively. Compare that to the Overheal Values for Bowl of Hygieia and Eleusinian Harvest, being 1.3x. I can definitely see some wacky tank strats happening with these.
And in the end everyone only ever uses Omagatoki: Critical.
Personally, I think its stupid that you need the demons in the party/stock just to activate the skill. Much would have perfered to have only need 1 demon in the party as the rest could be summoned
I gotta ask: how does the damage for the skills scale. The cat trio is low level yet the damage is insane.
I still think it woulda been neat to have one with Loki and all of his children, but they rarely all end up in the same game together.
It could either be a legit badass combo with all of these crazy monsters, or something comedic playing on how nonsensical it is that they all come from the same dad. Idk loki is all "Stop interrupting our family picnic!" *Massive damage*

when building a party, and you check the skill, is there a way to know the requisites? the icon shows a red "demon head" but I'm not sure how to get the info except when you get the talisman, (or checking the talismans again, pretty inconvenient.)
When you first get the move, it tells you which 2-3 demons you need
@@hyperten5906 yeah, but hours later, when I'm building my team is quite inconvenient not being able to see which ones are needed. I use the steam text thingy and have there listed, but I think that info should be shown in-game.
@@txorimalo well in the menu, check key items and check the peripets or whatever, and itll give you like a vague hint on who they are, other then that i dont think theres any way to check

I’m waiting till I unlock all skill slot first before trying this. I skip a lot of demon to have because I hate the skill slot limit at good half of the game making me skipping a lot of good stuff to try

With some of the demons squad/team having 4 when I was collecting the periapts, I thought wed get a 4th demon slot eventually but apparently not lol. Seems logical why they didnt do one for the Four Horsemen

Raging Whirlwind is probably the best of the elemental pierce/attack and defense debuff combo skill, since they only require two demons, which are usable around the level they're obtained, and both of their inmate skills support each other.
I'm not sure if I want four fire demons taking up my slots.
